Just seeing what contracts are out there, however get bombarded with emails, text, and phone calls from the website and countless recruiters, even when I wish to "not actively looking".

A great way to see a variety of assignments that are being offered by multiple agencies. A minor app issue doesn't always save preferences. However, it is easy to update profile and see profile strength. Also, communicating with different recruiters is convenient, and I can skip or say not interested to offers if I'm not ready to respond to.

Vivian’s customer service representatives have very low standards for their customers. They would Rather I speak with AI than a live representative. Half of the time I’m speaking with AI, when I think I’m speaking with a representative. I have submitted at least 15 to 20 applications for jobs and I have not been called back once because I learned I am speaking with AI Andi have not really been submitted for the position. Very deceptive and disappointing.

100% bait and switch or bait and drop with no response. I completed their requirements and was rushed by two different recruiters for two different jobs, only to be told that the posting was no longer there. No one takes the time to review your qualifications and they will bombard you with jobs that you have no desire or request for.

my experience with Vivian Health has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We entered into a contractual agreement with Vivian Health for a $3,000 monthly subscription for travel nurse and allied health staff leads. Initially, everything proceeded as agreed, and we made our payments on time for the service provided.

However, after four months, Vivian Health abruptly invoiced us for $26,000, claiming that we had received more leads than our subscription covered. This was not only surprising but also contrary to our agreement, which clearly states that no additional leads would be provided unless explicitly requested by email—a request we never made.

I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue amicably by reaching out to their Director of Operations and other contacts within the company, providing proof of our agreement and communication. Sadly, all my efforts have been ignored, and the company has continued to harass us with repeated bills for these unrequested services.
It is deeply concerning how Vivian Health handles contractual agreements and customer communication. I would caution any business considering their services to think twice due to their poor handling of contract terms and apparent disregard for customer service.
