Vivian allows deception on its platform. Indian Agents deceive professionals to gather data by posting fake pay and then offer different pay, time and time again. For almost 3 years using Vivian I have never got a job here, only for “agents” from India to collect my data and contact me with bullshit jobs outside of Vivian. Pure bait and switch.

Small to Mid size employers do not signup with Vivian. We tried two times but had less than 10% success. So called Customer Success Managers never bothered to work with you, they say try this method or reach 4-5 times and also charge you for VIP leads (totally crappy). All the tips they share is something even 3-4 years recruiting experience can give us. Repeatedly we lose money and absolutely waste of money. All they care about is your $$$$, big companies can easily write off the losses but not at all worth your money and time. Candidates are not bothered to respond but you still get charged, same candidate apply for 10 jobs but you get charged 10 times. All the online success stories will lure you in for the subscription but the actual results will leave you wounded not only with $$$ but also with a lot of frustration and feel hopeless after losing several thousand $$$. You can easily try two different portals for the money you spend on Vivian Health portal. I am not saying its a SCAM but it definitely does not worth your time and money as simply it cannot get you even 25% results when actually you should be expecting 60% conversion. Yes - after learning hard, we tried two other portals and we were able to signup 70 employees compared to 12-15 we converted from Vivian using it for 9 months.

Your focus is on local travel and Colorado notably travel and in house clients should be compensated correctly

The vivian website is great in theory, but it has many con's to the site.
First, references are asked by each agency-If vivian could contact your references once and have it saved on the website, rather than 15 different agencies reaching out, I would be much more enticed to use them. It's annoying for the references to have to answer calls, emails, and texts about the same referral.
Second, the site doesn't tell you which facility you are applying to. It only shows the city, state and weekly salary. You have to reach out to the recruiter to inquire about the actual facility name.
Third, vivian also doesn't list "applied" under the jobs you have clicked interest in. So sometimes, you're reaching out to the recruiter about the same job you inquired about, a few days earlier.

Many of the Jobs listed have closed or are no longer applicable. Very frustrating then you have to put up with recruiters harassing you to take other positions not as well paid or in locations you applied for.

My experience with Vivian is great . The fast response from recruiters and also how well they work with you to make sure you secure the position

Rep was very friendly and helpful with getting my resume set up on the site. Quick notifications on job openings.

I love that I can see multiple job posting where I can compare prices, hours, and start date all on the same page. Don't like that it asked for 4 last SS# and it still shows job openings when they are already closed.

Online application is easy to use while traveling.

System is fairly decent to navigate and select by job type.
