I spent $300 on my order. One dress I never received. Two did not look anything like the picture and the sweater dress looked like a funny knock off of the advertised picture.

SCAM. Never shop here. I don’t see how they are not shut down by now.

Very bad customer service, I placed the order on May 16, 2025, they split the order, the last piece I received it in August 1, 2025, I received it with a cut with sharp tool!!! I contacted them to have the set and get my money back, they said we can’t and promise for refund 50%, which is unfair as the ruined set cannot be repaired. Till today I did not receive the refund however I received email on August 7 they issued it and within 5 to 7 business days will get it. Please don’t buy from this company they are unreliable and I never deal with a terrible customer service

i am disable military veteran age 76, i purchaced 2 divchi pedestal fans one up one down , the fan upstair never worked well with remote disapointed , after 4 weeks the divchi fan downstairs has stopped functioning totaly dead, i will never buy divchi products again.

Day light robbery NEVER buy from them. Bought 4 dresses, the material is so cheap and flimsy I’m sure it’s flammable.

The refund process is so long. Product shipped from china but the return address is in a random house in California. Return post is NOT free. The whole process was horrible NEVER buying from here again

I ordered an abaya belt which arrived after a while. The colour did not match to my abaya so i emailed abaya lounge, followed all instructions on the site and returned the belt as per process.
I jave sent several emails sonce requeating my refund.
To date i jave not recieved a refund from them or a response to my email.
AVOID purchasing

BE AWARE EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY "This website is A SCAM. I had an awful experience with them. They will never send you your item you have paid for, and if they did you will get a very bad poor material. when you ask for a return they will tell you that the return will be in your expense, and after sending back their horrible items they will never issue your refund."

I paid over $300 for 3 garments and only received 1.

The one garment I received was such bad material that it reminded me of the dishdash or kiftan style dresses that are sold in the middle of the street markets in the Middle East. These garments are low quality and usually cost less than $8.

When I reached out to their customer support email, they told me they couldn’t track my garments down and their policy does not cover refunds for such things.

I had reached out to them prior because they were expected to be delivered for Eid Al Fitr and they never showed.

Don’t trust this company!!! The garments look beautiful in the images but the actual product is such poor quality and the shipping is horrendous!

I wish that I could give this company 0 in my review. The abaya that I got from them is in very bad quality. When I tried to return it, they sent me ten emails offered me to keep the abaya with some discount. When I refused, they sent me again many emails explaining the return process which is very complicated. They sent me again form that I have to fill it out and send it with item then they asked for the return receipt with the tracking number. Of course, I paid for the shipping and return.I don’t advice anyone to deal with this company.

I don't recommend to buy any dress from this site because it the pictures on thier platform with actual dress when you receive it's exactly the same the quality is poor and forget about returning or refunds you won't be able to get your money back this is a 3 party online business running from USA.

I ordered an ivory dress with bronze embroidery, stunning in the pictures. It arrived totally different, with dull awful beige coloured flat print instead of shiny bronze embroidery, total rubbish quality and misdescription. I did however manage to get a refund after a long appeal and many irrate emails over 3 months. PLEASE AVOID, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Please avoid this website. It’s a scam! I placed an ordered last month, and it hasn’t arrived, shipped or anything. I contacted them on instagram and via email to cancel it and give my money back..they won’t! They are trying to manipulate me.

Very cheap quality not as described in the picture, completely different material and design, they use very very cheap material

I'm extremely disappointed, the quality is so cheap, looks nothing like what I saw on the Website. Never order from this site unless you want to be mugged. Horrible material

Cheap material, received only half the order and had I known it would be delivered from China, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Instagram. Now I know to look up reviews before ordering from a company I do not know.

Don’t be fooled quality is rubbish

If I could give it a 0 I would. Placed an order on 2nd Feb, over 2months later and no delivery, even with sending emails about updated they said 7-10 business days it's been over that and still do not have my order. Like most of the reviews I've just read, I wish I read them earlier, I wouldn't have wasted my money on this pathetic company

I am beyond disgusted at this company and honestly wish I had read the reviews! I came across them on Instagram and purchased some dresses and Jewellery totalling £116! Weeks have gone by with no order delivered, contacted them twice only to be fobbed off with false promises of making the shipping a priority IF the items are in stock! What??? Why take peoples money if you don’t have products in stock!? I eventually requested to cancel and it has been over 7 days with no sight of a refund! I will be contacting my local bank and flagging this as a fraudulent company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The quality is rubbish nothing like what you see on their website or social media. Extremely disappointing which is why I needed to share this review so no one else falls into this trap!!
