Was pretty nervous at first but to be honest everything went really well and the support they give through the whole treatment is 100%

Really helpful staff and kind surgeons. Everyone was really helpful, having been very shy about my teeth this was a huge undertaking for me but I am so happy with the results.

From the moment I landed the service and professionalism throughout and post surgery was second to none. Constant reassurance, care, constant consistent contact and no hassle except healing as dentist provide everything once you land in Antalya. From the airport to the b&b Hotel by taxi, and taxi every time i was needed in the clinic, which was amazing.
All the dental experts, spoke very good English, also very aware of any nerves and fear, i may of had. Actually, i was very calm and happy for the procedures, having been talked through all the steps. A really big bonus is that this clinic gives all the after care, pain meds one needs. The practice manager, shows great care for all the patients.
I will be asking for another plan to have the lower teeth, worked on, i have spoken to anyone who has asked how my experience was, and do recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for dental work.

I explained how nervous I was as I had had very bad experiences with dentists in England. The staff took this on board and helped me through the process of 5 extractions and 5 implants. I even had a text the next morning to check how I was feeling. I was given antibiotics, fantastic painkillers and an antiseptic mouth wash. Wonderful care all round. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Vivi and see you in June.

From the minute we returned to this clinic (to complete our treatments ) my husband and I received amazing treatment from the whole team. They were ALL so friendly, reassuring and 100% professional for every step of the way.
The surgeon was quick with his work and I felt absolutely no pain and when the dentist undertook her work it was exactly the same, and her care, understanding and attention to detail was exemplary. The hygienist and the technician who whitened my teeth were also fantastic.

I do have to say that the standard of care, skills and dental equipment in Turkey really does surpass that found in the UK (in my experience)

Lastly I also want to give a BIG THANK YOJ and well done to our Patient CoOrdinator Mete. When we first came last year we were dealt with by another (fantastic) coordinator called Tarkan and he was training Mete. Mete has come on leaps and bounds since then. He is extremely approachable and friendly, now very confident in his own ability and his English is now near perfect. He was so kind and helpful and watch out Tarkan as he is definitely becoming a “little bit younger” version of you 😂

Every time we attended the clinic, Mete also went over and above what he needed to do and while my husband was “in the chair” he helped me buy some things in the chemist and also helped me exchange currency, He physically escorted me to the venues and interpreted for me. His job is very important as he is the first person you have contact with and also the person that can take time to explain all procedures in detail so as to reassure you and ensure you have full
Knowledge of what is going to happen and when.

He was in regular contact with us in between appointments and was very efficient in answering h any queries very quickly

Could not fault my treatment at this clinic, although lesser known the service has been exceptional, this is my second visit ,1st visit was last sept for implants ,would highly recommend,Mete talked me through the whole procedure as I was nervous but they made me feel so at ease and the whole process from start to finish was so professional. From being picked up at the airport and all appointments needed everything was taken care of I would have no issues recommending them to anyone looking to have any work done. Five stars from me. The customer experience was great starting from pick up from the airport, hotel services and at the clinic. The procedures to be done were well explained to me before seeing the dentist. After the dental tests and examination, a treatment plan was prepared with a detailed breakdown of costs for my consent. The treatment was painless which was surprising considering that it included 8 extractions including wisdom teeth. I highly recommend Vivi Dental Clinic in Antalya.

The staff at this dentist are very welcoming and so helpful I explained to them of how I wanted my teeth to look and technology is fantastic always on time for pick up from the airport to hotel and from hotel to clinic was amazing never felt under pressure or out of place with this dentist absolutely amazing team can't thank them enough for my amazing smile will definitely recommend them to other people great work and again thank you

From the moment I booked with Daniel, and the months leading to my arrival, the professionalism was impeccable at this dental clinic. I’ve come back this week to have a tooth repair after getting new Sironia teeth 11 months ago I can honestly say the service the standards the cleanliness and the staff are outstanding. I had to pay for my flight and my hotel but all treatment was covered by the guarantee. Highly recommend and I already have numerous times.

My 2nd time to Vivi clinic & I simply cannot fault them. Their customer service, communication and dentistry skills are excellent. The wonderful Mete for his calm polite attitude & fluent English makes all the difference when you are feeling nervous in a foreign country. He explained everything in detail & stays with you in the room & he played a very important part in creating a positive experience. The lovely dentist Fulya has excellent skills a lovely attitude & a PHD in dentistry. Her skills, knowledge & attention to detail were amazing making sure you are happy with all aspects of your teeth before proceeding. I previously had a bad experience in another unrelated clinic in Antalya before which had a very flash exterior & marketing campaign however provided little in the way of skills or care. The Vivi clinic however has restored my faith & I would highly recommend Vivi clinic to anyone. The building and exterior are not flash like others in the city but I would say that they put their money into the more important things like your teeth and patient care. Ps. The Lara Hotel included in the package was also a very pleasant stay & only ashort walk to the beach & shops. Thank you Vivi Clinic😊

What a Fantastic experience.
I visited back in may to have my zirconium crowns done, it exceeded all expectations, from the consultation, to the finished procedure, the team was fantastic. Very thoughtful and caring, answered every question, great communication through my trip, from my guide mete. I previously visited 06/01/25 just to have a slight adjustment done on a tooth, which was all cared for by the team. At no extra cost! my dental nurse (dr fulya) even came back off maternity leave, to complete the works
Overall what a great clinic with great staff I would highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

Such a smooth process from VIP transfers from the airport to our designated hotel, amazing sea-view suite with jacuzzi on balcony. VIP transferred to and from clinic I am looking forward to coming back in April once my screw ins have bedded into my gums for my veneers to attach to. Being scared of dentists my whole life I was to say the least a little nervous. No fear needed no pain very smooth surgery fantastic temporary crowns and deep clean on my existing teeth until I return. I would highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone and everyone.

I can't recommend this clinic enough. The patient care is more than you would get anywhere. They check and double check everything they do.They are kind, professional, efficient and from the 1st visit to the last you feel safe and cared for. The clinic is extremely clean and all patient care at a very high level. They explained everything as it happened,I had no problems, no infections and there was a lot of attention to how I was feeling. Even after I came home they called and made sure that I had no problems.
If you are thinking of doing this it is the best place to use. I had a full set of teeth. It's the best thing I've ever done.

From start to finish, from communication to treatment, I couldn't be happier. Would give 6 starts if I could.
I had concerns about going abroad for treatment after the usual horror stories you hear.

I was very nervous but I was put at ease. The surgeon was knowledgeable and honest. All of the staff took time to explain what was going on.

The main reason we had such a good experience was because of our co-ordination mete he was brilliant with us answered every question we had and made sure we knew what they was doing every step of the way. The dentist Ebru was amazing she is a perfectionist and even with a language barrier she still went out of her way to comfort us the best she could she is definitely the best at what she does she fixed problems we didn’t even know we had. Buket and nazar they are also very good and we a very greatful to the team at vivi as it can be scary having your teeth done in a foreign country but we cannot thank them enough for everything, would definitely recommend them 100%
