Amar was so helpful yesterday night - I cannot thank him enough. Totally professional, courteous and did a brilliant job in identifying the leaking pipe in the stud wall behind the shower, repairing the leak, checking the electrics and making safe the fallen ceiling in the room below. After a split pipe from our boiler caused a flood yesterday evening, our home emergency cover arranged for this company to visit. Amar arrived on time (early hours of the morning), and was able to sort out a solution and get our water and heating back on. He even did a diagram for us to supply to our heating engineer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His good sense of humour helped what was a tense situation for us. A very likeable man and great service. Highly recommended. Thank you Amar.

We had a leak from within our central heating system that caused water to run down from the ceiling into our kitchen. Thanks to our Home Emergency cover we were promised same day service and Amar duly arrived at the time slot promised. He quickly located & fixed the leak. Fantastic guy. I wish all tradesman could be like Amar ! Great service. 100% recommend.

Experienced a severe problem with not being able to switch off the shower overhead shower unit due to the fact that the lever mechanism broke whilst being engaged. the telephone call went into the Home Insurance Company who promised action within the hour, this unfortunately did not happen, 2 hours later Amar from Vivid design and build arrived, who promptly solved our problem in the short term.Without doubt his all round attitude and application was 1st class and everything that we could wish for after 2/3 hours of misery.

Excellent work by Amar who came in the early hours of this morning to fix a leak under the floor in kitchen which had been pouring out for nearly 6 hrs! A very friendly and a pleasant chap. I would definitely use his services again and recommend to friends. Thank you ever so much.

I called my Insurance company at 6.15 on Sunday night as water had started pouring from my stop cock into the downstairs flat. I was told by them that it would be just an emergency fix. This guy came straight out and didn’t just stop the leak but fixed everything there and then. I would not hesitate to use this guy privately. He’s polite and professional and I couldn’t believe the service he gave. Don’t bother ringing anyone else you’d be wasting your time. Cheers buddy you were are star.

After an emergency call out to our home insurance company for a water leak through the light socket, vivid engineer arrived within 3 hours. He supported location of the leak, tested the electrics for safety, stopped the leak and helped with advice whilst in our house. The engineer was easy to talk to and reassuring, would definitely consider using this company in future ourselves if we had the need.

Fantastic. Very stressed but Amar manages to turn the problem around, even though the towel rail is a problem he sorts it out. Very grateful top man.

We called Amar out as an emergency due to a split flexible connector that threatened to ruin the family Christmas! He turned up on time (at the start of the allocated time slot), which was great. He quickly identified the problem, gave clear options for a solution and fixed it in no time! Would highly recommend!

Amar was fantastic.
He arrived on time and was polite and very respectful of our home and of the fact that our children were sleeping upstairs.
He undertook a thorough investigation of the electrical problem, and took the time to listen and isolate the exact cause of the issue.
At each stage, Amar informed us of the work he was doing, and how he would correct the problem - even drawing diagrams to help explain the wiring setup and resolution required.
He worked several hours until the problem was resolved, never stopping.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Amar.

All our electrics were isolated after a house fire. Amar came to the rescue and couldn’t do enough to help, very professional and generally great guy. Checked all our electrics thoroughly and got them back up and running. Thank you for making the trip over to Shropshire late on a Bank holiday. Highly recommended!!

I phoned due to a non-flushing toilet,. Amar phoned on his way and arrived promptly some 20 minutes later. The job required a little more work than expected and this was completed very quickly. Amar was an extremely polite man, the job was completed very well and he even cleared up! The toilet now flushes . . Yay! I would thoroughly recommend Amar for his extreme professionalism and for being an all round nice bloke!

I can’t belive how fast and professional vivid design are.
I called vivid design about a electrical issue that happened leaving my house in darkness.
I have 2 children 1 being 2 months old .
I spoke to amar on the phone to see if he could help as it was 6pm and within 2 hours he was there and solved the problem.
It’s the first time I have used vivid design and will definitely be using them again for future work.
Amar was very polite and so understanding as he classed the matter as a priority due to my children

Amar responded to an insurance emergency callout in Worcestershire. We had a real gusher of a leak from the hot feed via the combi to the bath tap. Although he was unable to repair due to the position of the tap/pipe he was able to stop the leak by isolating the pipe and fitting an end stop so that the water could be turned back on.
Amar was courteous, professional and informative the whole time.
