Update: turned out there was a technical issue and thats why my order was delayed. After this problem has been fixed, i have received the product within 2 days. All good since then, and definitely would buy again, especially coz Alexander really knows his stuff

Well, I have ordered a product ( HLG 550 v2 rspec ) on 31st of august. I have received a call from Alexander not long afterwards and he told me there is a better product available (HLG 600H ) for better price. I have changed my mind and changed the order as well. More than a month gone since then, and i havent received anything yet. I have called Alexander a few times and emailed him as well, to find out whats going on. He told me he is working hard on it, but unfortunately i got to that point when i lost my patience. I have paid more than £1000 and i havent received anything after more than a month.

Dont get me wrong, but you should make sure that you have the product before you do upsell.

Anyway, i lost my patience so i claimed a refund, now waiting for that.

Its a bit sad that it ended up like this, especially because i was so excited about this product and i can only read positive comments about vividled, so i feel a bit bad that im the first one who leaves a comment like this, but thats what it is.

I gave 3 stars though because customer service is really great.

Before I gave my money the customer service was on point with fast responses,

After that point, there where delays thanks to AC INFINITY themselves,

a few weeks later of contacting via the site, there seems to have been an error with the contact section on the website as i got no responses for weeks but Alexander seems to now be working on the problem that i had with my emails not getting through to him.

Had a few back and forths (not bad ones) via email and i have received tracking details, will update when i receive the product. and can think of more to put into the review.

Customer service is great, I have an issue with a product but Alexander is/has work-ing/ed hard to resolve the issue at hand

Alexander really knows his stuff and customer service is on another level high quality product will definitely be back again

The new V2 kit has better fixings, and a dimmer controller option, really pleased with the new spectrum, 3500k. Got some good advice and would shop again.

Customer service was second to none, my order arrived today and am more than happy. I will definitely be using vividled again. Thanks!
