They are ripp offs now

They may have been good before but they have literally dropped to the bottom. Shipped 1/2 an order....ghosted by three emails.....called and numbers were either not working or not taking voice mails. The company is certainly getting rid of whatever they have before the BAN goes into effect I would NEVER send money to then since what ever you get may be garbage/old stock. Made a charge back to get money returned and threw what I got from them in the garbage. F THEM and there thieving ways..... come back 01/2027 and tell me I was wrong. They are scum making fire sales of anything they can

Their distillate sucks and their shipping is worse

I ordered my distillate on the 4th, and my package arrived on the 26th. They have absolutely horrible shipping and their customer support took atleast 2 weeks to respond to inform me that they were delayed. The delivery itself is the biggest reason to never order from them, but asides from that, their distillate is over priced compared to other companies. And when I took a dab, it tasted like chemicals compared to the light hay taste of others. Sure you got what you ordered within maybe a month, but this is a competition between companies and vivimu just sucks.

After reading the current reviews

After reading the current reviews. I thought I'd share my experience. When I received my item it was beyond wonderful. However my issue is like the last 2 commenting. It took 2 weeks to be shipped an in that time space I got a lot of emails from Vivimu with discounts an this an that. I was thinking about giving them another try but after reading these recent reviews. I'm not purchasing from Vivimu again.

Been waiting for an order update for…

Been waiting for an order update for two weeks as they ignore all communication and continue to push sales. Don't know if they're exit scamming, or if they're backed up from trying to sell everything, but it's not a good look

Update, received my package and I'm pretty sure weights are entirely off. Packaging was much worse quality as well. Definitely in the process of exiting the industry and maximizing cash after the lawsuit the owner is dealing with as well as per the looming hemp ban.

Sometimes patience apparently gets you…

Sometimes patience apparently gets you nothing. Vivimu is currently as of March 14th 2026, ghosting all communications and holding the funds as processing on my order for 2 weeks now. I have tried every method multiple times for explanation with no answer. Never dealt with this from this company and considering the legal issues reported, I'm not sure what is going on. But this morning, vivimu is still sending out email offers and discount codes. So that's even more baffling. Frustrating to say the least and if not remedied in the coming 10 days, I'm filing a goods not received dispute with the bank.

Returning customer, new problems

Been ordering from the company for a long time, noticing a lot of the same stuff other people are too though, orders a month old are not get updated not showing any tracking, company is facing some legal challenges but it's taking months to ship products that seemed to take days before, maybe they lost employees, They may have gotten incredibly busy but, no contact information seems to work anymore, Usually they respond quick and are a great company but with the farm bill coming into play I do wonder what's holding them up..

So it took a while but I eventually did get my vivimu package.

Garbage company, Don't waste your time and money. You may not be disappointed your first or second order but trust me, As a reoccurring customer, do not trust this company to always send out your package. Currently 7 days since processing and 0 update whatsoever and my order completely disappeared from where im able to cancel. Plus on top of all that, It's currently the 3rd day since reaching out to customer support and again, 0 update. If anyone from the vivimu team is reading this, I hope you're doing well screwing over your customers. (Edit) After three or more weeks of waiting for the order they finally got back to me and said that they were low on product and had to wait for a shipping, Whether or not thats a legit excuse or an excuse nonetheless they should have been more responsive with there customer support department and updated the consumer efficiently and effectively. With all this being said im gonna be giving Vivimu a 2.5 star instead of a 1 star. If you're in the same situation I was in then the best advice I can give you is to be patient and not order from here again.

I've given 2, 5 star reviews before

I've given 2 reviews before, both 5 star (review name was Tumble Weed) and I loved this place. But now I'm not so sure. My order was processed Saturday 28th, February. I paid an extra $15 for 2 day shipping and it is now March 5th and my order is STILL processing. This is the longest its ever taken and this is also the first time I didn't put Route protection so I'm hoping they didn't steal my money. Will update if I get my products I ordered. I emailed them today and will see if they get back to me.
EDIT: Today is March 16th, gonna soon be the 17th. Still absolutely nothing. Not even an email back from customer service but they want to still send me emails on their dumb deals. I'm this close to trying to get my money back😒

EDIT#2: Its now March 20th 2026. Just got updated that my order has been shipped but we'll see if it comes. If it does I'll change my review. Took 3 weeks to get this shipped out. I'm moving in like 10 days lol.

EDIT#3: Today is March 24th and my order came around 8:40 pm. Happy I got it before I move the 31st. Might get from other companies in the future. Yes I got my order. But never got a response from support which is a bit annoying but hey I got my stuff so it's whatever now. Also ordered from another place called Zero Point Extraction and got my order within 6 days which is how long this place took.

No phones worked out of service and voicemail box full ordered on the 4th no email for order confirmation no tracking number they didn't answer my bank either beware they will hold your money hostage no posting either rob peter to pay Paul I'm still trying to get ahold of them and my bank is doing a charge back through visa if they don't answer by Tuesday I wish I never ordered it's Saturday never heard anything will update Monday if I still have heard nothing. Update I said Bret Worley hello from NC to Colorado are you in Colorado Bret ? Anyway we're is my package they drove it and dropped it off the Colorado state da fined him 50,000 he violated terms 4 weeks later fined again by Colorado state da for 625,000 for false advertising and deceptive business practices I still pray I get my package . The owners name is Bret Worely he hides it I take my money very serious I find it my package is in Tennessee I will update if it ever makes it after I found out about there deception business practices and dangerous to smoke products I tried to cancel avoid at all costs finally received order and I had it tested live resin 40 percent thca so it's nasty tasting not as bad as pure leafs but it definitely tastes like delta 8 100 at 80 percent off per ounce or I would be pissed off anyone saying it's good smokes dirt weed. Cbd wax with a small amount of thca crystal busted up and put into it getting it to the 40 percent thca level it's not too expensive to send a sample off especially when your a shop owner who doesn't smoke looking for the best so it sells this will get me shoot .

This company fraudulently sold products…

This company fraudulently sold products labeled as "live THCa rosin" but actually sent customers jars of whipped synthetic isolate. They said they would initiate a return and send me a label, but never followed through.

Placed an order over three weeks ago and it hasn't shipped. I just want to know what is going on with my order, but they never answer the phone. They don't return calls, and they don't return emails. They have no problem charging my card. A very unprofessional outfit!

Honestly 1 star over shipping and lack of customer service

Edited to one star as this compsny is hot garbage. Ill just hsve to do a charge back apparently since its hard for these guys to do their jobs. Honestly 2 star over shipping. They offer expensive options but do crap all to actually make sure people get the shipping times they paid for. I'll just be returning and moving on. Absolute garbage customer service. Sent 3 emails made 3 phone calls. No answer from any of them. I'll tell you right now, don't pay for their expensive shipping. They'll just sit on the order ensuring you dont get what you pay for. Screw these guys. Can't wait til I see they've been shut down. Hate to pray for someones down fall, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online vendor. Emails, phone calls, all to no answer. If they don't want to do their jobs I'll do it for them.

Yo. Not cool. This type sh*t is why my state is regulating it. Bad practice and contaminated products

They sent me 100g, it was obviously contaminated. Smelled like black pepper and chemicals.
Sent it back.
They sent me another batch. It's the same, just a little less smelly.
I was happy at first, especially with the customer service, then my friend sent off some of the product to have tested. We just got the results back. Yikes.
It's a shame... Now it's gonna be banned here and this is what I have as my last ever 100g. Thanks.
I'm just gonna leave my review 2/5 speak for the purity.

Will continue to buy from here

I placed my order June 10th and it's coming on June 14th. I feel like the bad reviews on here are from people who used standard shipping and think their order will come ASAP. The first time I ever ordered they took a week. This 2nd time around took only 4 days, the delivery time ranges, this should be expected with standard shipping. Overall great experiences with them so far and will continue to buy! :)
