Non Temperature controlled shipping

Shipping temperature sensitive wine in a non temperature regulated shipping environment is just ridiculous and not acceptable. This is just poor judgement and very unprofessional.

I ordered a case of Decoy Blanc and…

I ordered a case of Decoy Blanc and here it was already out of stock. Apparently, I was disappointed as my expectant delivery is about two weeks later than expected. No monetary discount was provided. A bit disappointing but just the first time this has happened.

You cancelled my order while I was in the process of confirming the order. This has never happened to me before. Get your act together!!

Unfortunately, your order was canceled as our system was unable to authenticate the credit card used to place the order, or the PayPal authorization time limit was exceeded. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please allow 5-7 business days for the payment pre-authorization to fall off your account.

To place a new order, please visit www.vivino.com if you tried placing the previous order through the Vivino app and vice versa if you tried to place the order through our website.

Please verify your payment details before proceeding with the checkout, and note that there is an extra step to take for your security: it’s called 3D secure authentication. An authorization code is sent via SMS or in your banking app. If you haven’t already, please contact your bank or your card issuer to set it up. If you tried placing your order using PayPal, please remember to keep an eye out for an authorization notification from the app.

After you have set up 3D secure to your payment method with your bank, please add your desired wines to the cart and complete the checkout process via the Vivino site or app.

In general I love the Vivino app

In general I love the Vivino app.
I have only 2 additional requests before I give 5 Star. Add a feature allowing multiple cellar locations and have the AI tool to be developed further where they it advises wines from my cellar for a best food pairing.

My first and last time using Vivino

Took forever to get my order and when it finally came it was the wrong item. So ended up paying more money for a cheaper item. Couldn't get to send the item back because when I realised the mix up I was already out of the country. Not to mention if I had not ordered online and simply went to a liquor store I would have got the correct item at a more reasonable price.

Great company

The order took 10 days to be shipped and then delivered - supplier issue, not FedEx issue

The order took 10 days to be shipped and delivered. No updates were provided until I initiated an inquiry. In spite of being charged $25 for shipping and $10 for ice packs, I had to wait 10 days for the order to arrive. The issue was the length of time for the order to actually be shipped by the supplier - once FedEx received the shipment, it was delivered on a couple of days.

Communication update and not acceptable

I thought the price that they offer was really good.
I ordered and paid
But almost 24 hours later I Haven’t received any notice whether the product is being processed or not.
Buywines online always gives updates and communicate better
