Absolutely awful...it malfunctioned three times over a two day period after it was installed on Tureday of last week sending a false signal to the alarm panel resulting in the Fire Department coming to our house three times...this was after I spent an hour on the phone with tech support who siad he corrected the programmong for the devvice which then went off again the next day...Isn't someone supposed to contact the me to confirm the alarm is in fact correct before contacting the Fire Department???
