I really do like this system
Work great with no problems.
It's ALWAYS JAMMED and its already low on battery I've had it just shy of a week
Love the fact that if I don’t have my keys handy I can unlock my door and disarm the alarm
This one is fine. the numbers are in a little different look and a bit smaller than our previous one that we had on the door so take a little to get used to. Otherwise fine.

My front door lock worked perfectly my back one not so much and they haven’t even sent a technician to fix it. If I ask for a technician I have to pay $90.

Works most of the time. Periodically does not lock because latch is slightly misaligned with latching slot which requires manual alignment of door prior to lock functioning correctly. Lock moves around slightly on the door which could be the cause of the problem.
