Wasn't installed correctly, and now our system won't arm when we set it to! A HUGE security risk, considering security is why we spent $6,000 installing this system

I guess it is working okay. I don’t see the review for the smoke detector. They just left the old one hanging.

It is a very good device to have with your system because it tells you when your door or window is being opened. It makes you feel secure.

Less than 1 week of install it gave false alarm at 3am! It had to be deleted & reinstalled & showed 20% battery.

At the time the system was sold to us, we were told this is the Door Window Sensor we would be receiving, however, it was not. We were given the old style, stick on the door and door frame unit. We are not happy about this, as we feel it was a bait and switch. Our sales rep said he would stop by a week after install to go over our system and after not hearing another word from him, I call a couple weeks later only to have him say he was transferred. We have not heard another word from a sales rep to go over the features of our unit and to get the door Window Sensors we paid for.
