I feel much safer now, living alone.
This gives me peace of mind. My Mom needs this as she recently had a heart attack and is very unsteady on her feet. So at times when I have to leave and go shopping, this helps me know that she still has help available if she needs it at all times.
It will be a good product when I need to use it.

I don't have to worry about setting it off by accident. I wear it all the time except when I'm in the shower, but it is where I can reach it if needed.
Haven’t used it! Don’t need it. Said I didn’t want it! But, I also can’t access my account to adjust? Or even know how it works! Never explained they just left it here. As it was part of most expensive package that I wasn’t told I was sold! Or about any other packages! Pricing? Service amounts? He signed me up for the highest everything! Even when I said I couldn’t afford it!
