I feel safe in the house for a fall family members notice it and call for help. If I need it it is good. Feeling to know that I’m safe being a home alone.
Love the inside camera for my mom's house. My technician advised me of them right off the bat when I mentioned my mom and that's exactly what I needed.

This has been wonderful at catching our hound when she gets into the trash. We had no idea just how smart she was until we were able to watch her. It's great at catching my daughter too, because she likes to sneak snacks and pretend she hasn't seen them because summer is great for staying up late. Very pleased and may get more in the future.

They are not detecting our two indoor cats, which is why we needed the cameras. It sometimes detects us, and sometimes doesn't, there were multiple 'Events' in each room, over the last two weeks, but this week all the cameras are only showing 'Events' from Monday and one on Tuesday of this week, and it is now Thursday. It never detects anyone coming and going from the garage. The thermostat is not connected even though we were told it would be. This is no good for us. We were not told up front that we needed a certain ios on our phone, so we cannot download the app without purchasing a new phone, which we're reluctant to do. We're waiting to hear from Finn, about all this, but if it can't be customized to how we want it to work, then we don't want it.
