Cameras are going down all the time
My only problem is the camera Pro. After Tuesday's installation next day the camera went offline. A tech was called for Thursday and after quite a bit the camera was back online. On Sunday it was offline again. After trying to get it back a tech was scheduled for the next week. While looking at the camera, rebooking and all, we discovered the network was totally different from my network. It was suggested I climb on a latter to do something to camera. I informed Vivint I was handicapped and a tech was scheduled, at first with cost until I made it clear the system wasn’t even a week old. It was free after that. Let’s hope it’s fixed this time, I think I have a bad camera.
