I also like this new system but not sold on allowing delivery drivers to open and close to deliver items.

The fact I can tell if my garage is securily closed without physical walking to garage door, and also can closed garage if not closed.
Wasn't a product that was wanted, but installed anyways. Worked fine using the Q-Home app, using the Vivint app and it wasn't working all the time. Using the Vivint app to open the garage was setting off the alarm even while disengaged. Attracted ants; found larva on the connector.

Unfortunately we are unable to take advantage of this product due to the age of our garage door.

They messed up my garage door opener so that the code won’t be accepted.
