I Don't know what cheap products this company uses but this one keeps giving me problems since day one, keeps showing as unknown if my garage door was left open or closed, im unable to open or close my garage door, and I keep getting notifications of "the garage door is unknown" I cant leave my house in peace knowing everything is under control.
It’s a very valuable sensor when you own a garage,it takes some getting used to. Once your garage door goes up you have to deactivate your alarm.
