So far, it's great
I ended up canceling my entire Vivint system order before this camera could fully be integrated or used. Their door-to-door sales tactics were extremely deceptive—promising "free equipment" only to later reveal thousands of dollars in hidden costs, along with high-pressure behavior and unauthorized signing of paperwork on my phone. I exercised my 3-day right to cancel, sent back/refused the equipment, and walked away entirely. Be very careful with what you are promised upfront versus what is actually in the contract.

My doorbell has never worked. And it still don't work, no one has come to fix it.
Again, was not told I needed it when I signed up.

It works very well and I feel safe
