I have the Vivint security system because the salesperson used false information regarding ADT, claiming that Vivint had bought out my ADT contract. I have tried to cancel the service, but the loyalty team always has an excuse to avoid processing the request, leaving me paying for two security companies—ADT and Vivint. This is poor service and consumer deception.
This is handy when I am out running errands, or going to church. I can see everything going on at the entrances my home which alleviates a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

Our neighbors son got hit by a car and they asked us to see the footage on our camera. We couldn't access it and were told that it wasn't working at the time. We were also told that our wifi needed to be enhanced or it could happen again. We should have been made aware of this when your salesman hard sold us on the system.
Never received my cameras to rate this part of the company 🤦🏿

Cameras, give clear pictures and I can view it at any time
