The sensor is a peace of mind product
Really didn't need but was in our package deal for what we were approved for
Luckily, we have not had to use it yet, but it gives me peace of mind.

This was one of the items that I was adamant about having installed. NOPE not installed. I believe I need to find out what VIVENT is going to do about the lack of an ordered product.
So far its been nice knowing that water sensor will let me know when my water leaks under the kitchen sink .
Unable to know until I get new internet service.
My washer was leaking and the sensor did not notify me. I want to return it .
Good works well all the time.

Haven't needed it yet. In the event of a water leak I hope it does it's job.
I would say it could be good. I don't know because there has been no way to see if it works.
