Useless. Does not connect to any water piping system. It’s placed on the floor to detect water. So if you have a leak somewhere there is no sensor, you won’t be notified.

Haven't really had "an experience." It is here.
I don't know where this was installed in my house. The very next day after installation I got a message that the battery was low and the device was not communicating with the panel. Now I'm getting a message that the device is offline and I still haven't been able to find it in my house and the technician hasn't come back to show me where he installed it so the battery can be changed. I reached out to the guy who initially stopped by and he supposedly contacted the technician.
We never knew about this product, it is such a great product. In case of a possible flood. Tells us way before it starts to get bad.
It's a simple and easy setup. Nothing hard about it.

I like the peace of mind I have knowing I will be alerted to any water problems, especially since our basement has flooded a few times in the past.
I haven't installed it yet, because installer Blake didn't show me how to install it onto my app.
