This is my first security system, it’s user friendly, the sales person Logan Ferrell was extremely helpful and patient. So far so good.
I think it would be nice if you had the paperwork the client needs to review present not on the phone. That’s my only complaint

Two technicians were needed.
Two technicians were needed for install. The office manager indicated he would send additional help, but failed to do so. So one tech was installing over 12hrs and shortcuts were made, time to show the capabilities of the system also cut short, and everything felt rushed.
System working as expected, except that eero wifi extenders were moved to accommodate range restrictions. Eero wifi extenders returned to their original locations, and now connectivity with outside cameras are unstable.
Eric was fighting a fire wire with a single bucket.
Request a more senior tech conduct a review of the entire system, fix cosmetic installation issues, and connectivity issues with outside cameras.
