I've just received my order placed on Friday, arrived today, Monday. So well done! However, the ordering experience was confusing and complicated. I've purchased before and enjoy their product... See more

Reem was extremely helpful with a matter I contacted Vivobarefoot's support team about - responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was resolved with care. Exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back - highly recommend!

The shoes themselves to not appear to be problematic, and I would not negatively critique the shoes as I haven't purchased them myself. However, my problem lies with the advertising, specifically on youtube. The adverts that appear are somewhat graphic, interrupting someone's video with a sketch of a birth including female genitalia and organs, which is visceral and can be disturbing to children. I do think it's good marketing, but I wished that the birth scene was placed after the first 6 seconds so that viewers have the option to skip the video before the graphic scene.

We had a pretty rocky start with Vivobarefoot, and I’ll be honest, it was frustrating at the time. Delays, a lost order, and then a replacement that wasn’t right meant it took a while to get things sorted.
However, credit where it’s due, their team really stepped up in the end. Rachel from customer services took ownership of the situation and made sure everything was resolved properly, which made a huge difference.
Thanks to that support, we’ve now got the right shoes and both myself and my partner are genuinely really happy with them.
It wasn’t a perfect journey, but the way it was handled in the end has turned us into real fans of the brand. Great recovery and customer care when it mattered.

I had two pairs of boots which ultimately had to be returned with the same issue. They did replace them and then offered a refund for the second pair. Unfortunately the refund took a long time, and I had to keep following up but Reem, the agent, dealt with it promptly and then offered a good will voucher

I placed an order on December 16 (Order: RW000289703) for CHF 179.– and never received the shoes.
After waiting for months without any update, I contacted customer support twice and received no response. Only on my third attempt did I finally get a reply on April 8.
At that point, I was informed that the item was out of stock and a refund was processed.
What is most concerning is that this was not handled proactively. If I had not followed up multiple times, I would likely still be waiting, while my money had already been taken over four months ago.
This is not just a delay, but a serious issue in both communication and internal processes. Customers should not have to chase refunds for items that were never delivered.
Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I’ve experienced with Vivobarefoot. While I like their products, repeated problems and lack of communication mean I will not order again.

I bought a pair of Forest Tracker ESC hiking shoes. So comfortable but the upper tore away from the soles within 4 months. Vivo replaced them with another pair (after a few months) and these have also failed the same way.
Design fault alas. Too expensive to fail so fast

Very disappointed with Vivo Barefoot. I had to give back my first pair because the sole got detached and they weren´t waterproof anymore. The second pair I got, the Tracker Leather AT II, got the sole destroyed after just a few uses in the mountains. The lugs started to peel of and it got a big cut so now water comes in from under the boot. This never happened to me with any other shoes, and I believe this is not normal for a boot witch is supposed to be for all terrain treking. I'm completely disappointed and do not recommend anyone buying them. It's a shame because they are very comfortable but the quality is very bad. Also for me it is a big investment and they won´t do anything about it because it was after six months of buying them, but this happened after only a few uses in the mountains.

Silly me, made a typo on my email at checkout when buying a pair of hiking boots from Revivo during the Easter weekend lmao. The day before Good Friday, so you can imagine how antsy I must of felt after realising later on in that day that I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my purchase and that the whole Vivobarefoot team was closed.
Anyway, after some patience which really is what I like to call: distracting myself from thinking about the mistake I made. Finally, the long 4 day weekend was finally over and I contacted Vivo through their live chat. Spoken to their employee Aziza. They were fast and efficient with getting straight from the problem to the solution of what I needed. And now I have all the information that I need for tracking my order. Thank goodness for that!
Thanks Vivo :)
P.S this isnt my first experience with Vivobarefoots customer service either. Had plenty others in the past and they were all just as effortless.

Update: 10 days have passed since Vivo person said they’d get to me through trustpilot to solve the issue. guess what? nothing happened!
let’s do another test. here’s my order number EU000788360, dear Vivo staff member.
vivos were my very first barefoot shoes. they always had some issues here and there, either with service, or delivery time, etc. same quality-wise. some models were thought through, yet a lot i had to send back. so this time i ordered Gobi II Sneaker Premium Leather. they arrived, i wore them and they did seem a bit too narrow, but i kept them, thinking since it's leather, it'll cease. then i wore them and walked for a good bit and they were just way too uncomfortable and being used to proper barefoot experience usually i just felt my toes being pushed together way too much. so i came home, pulled out the insole to just see how my foot fits on it. and guess what, it just doesn't, the big toe and the pinkie are hanging off the insole (in a static position, never mind toe splaying). but that's not everything, the insole is actually curled in, which means part of it lands on the side wall of the shoe, so the real space for the foot is even narrower. that made me fuirious. one thing is to have shoe models designed with some flaws, yet it's completely different when a company gives up on the whole concept of minimal shoe to make the product look more aesthetic and cheating on their customers in this dirty manner. i reached out with photos and fury to Vivo's chat to express what i think about it and to claim a free return, as it's just insulting to have to pay the return when someone has you this way. however i only got a not very well built (how surprising) ai bot's replies that lead nowhere and there's no way to talk to a human. in the future i'll do my best to not have to purchase vivos again

Vivo Barefoot has left me thoroughly disappointed with my recent purchase. I invested in a pair of their moccasin trackers, one of their pricier options, expecting quality and durability. However, after only 10-15 uses, I experienced a significant issue: a lug broke off in a way that’s irreparable.
I reached out to their customer service, submitting photos to illustrate the problem, but my efforts have been met with silence. It’s now been four months since I initiated the refund process, and I feel completely stuck with no resolution in sight.
In hindsight, I wish I had opted for less expensive options. I’d recommend anyone considering Vivo Barefoot to think twice and perhaps invest in multiple pairs of affordable boots from Walmart instead. At least with those, you’d get more wear out of them and the satisfaction of having a fresh pair when one wears out. Overall, I cannot endorse Vivo Barefoot based on my experience.

Quality shoes arrived, and the return process for the ones that didn’t fit was straightforward and easy. Thank you

31/03/26 - What a terrible company to deal with. First order not delivered then trying to contact customer services - wow! just wow! eventually got through to discover parcel was being returned. received a credit - and to be fair a discount on the reorder. Reordered and paid for 3 day delivery, 7 days later I receive an email telling me delivery will be another 7 days - so 14 days in total! Took me over an hour to get to speak with someone! another discount on my next order - really not sure if there will be one! Vivobarefoot are much more expensive than BearFoot - I only hope they are worth it and that they get their finger out and sort out their service and communications. 16/04/26 update - I finally got through to a very nice young lady who very efficiently sorted my issue. My training / gym shoes arrived and after 2/3 days of wear I was so impressed I bought two pairs of their sneakers. Very comfortable and as if not wearing any! It does what it says on the tin!

Very happy and thankful
I am wearing Vivobarefoot shoes for about 8 years now and am super happy, confident and thankful with them.
Stylish and very good quality. About 95% of my shoes are Vivobarefoots.
As I do walk as a postman every day a lot, I realized since wearing Vivobarefoot shoes, all of my pains like muscle tension or knee pains are gone.
The winter trackers are amazingly warm and cozy boots with a very good grip on snowy and icy streets. I did fall in love with them (no, I do not sleep with them on, however they are my most favorite winter boots ever ;)
Big thank to the vivobarefoot support team for doing a great job, very helpful and supportive. Also the possibility to test the shoes for 100 days is such a great and generous option. Please, continue like this.
Thank you so much.

Great shoes, impressive sizing application and easy ordering. So love the boots I ordered. However, I ordered 1 pair and received 2 in error. I wasted charged for the second so just wanted to return them. This process took months to get a response that was effective and explained the process to return boots I didnt order and not pay for the return postage. After many emails, I eventually got sorted, thanks to Reem. And to their credit, Viviobarefoot refunded me the cost of the pair I paid for. So I essentially got free pair of boots which was a very positive outcome in terms of customer service. The customer service itself needs some improvement. Based on the outcome, I will order from them again.

I regularly buy vivobarefoot shoes for my child. He loves them (so do I) as they are comfy and lightweight.
We had an issue with Velcro fastening with the last pair, I contacted support. I needed to wait a little (maybe a week) but then they were very helpful to resolve the issue

I am writing this here as I’ve been waiting over 7 days in the WhatsApp queue to speak with a human agent without success. Regarding these Motus Studio Sneaker Leather shoes: although I ordered my usual size, they feel significantly smaller and tighter than my other Vivobarefoot models in the same size/CM. I urgently need to discuss an exchange or solution for order RW000302438.
Additionally, my latest priority order (RW000305702) is currently stuck. I used an express delivery voucher (2-3 business days), and while the site says "Shipped," the tracking GE11718224584NL is still "Processing" with no confirmation email received.
I really like the quality of the leather, but the sizing discrepancy and the lack of customer support are disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt response from a representative to resolve both the sizing issue and the shipping delay.
I am replying to this log because my WhatsApp messages are not being delivered (stuck on one tick). I have been in the queue since last Friday. Please note that my other order RW000305702 is also delayed despite being a priority order. I need a live agent to contact me via this email thread immediately as your chat system is clearly failing.

I wear vivobarefoot shoes for the most part of 2 decades now and had a pair of leather Gobi's sticking with me for almost 10 years along with other models. But with the last two pairs I had issues that I simply cannot excuse on the price range 150-200€. Primus lite knit had the sole come loose after only 2 months of use. I had them fixed with a superior glue and love the comfort of this model, but this lack of quality material is just not right for the price range. I also had a limited edition Gobi sneaker (?) of which the rubber band connecting the sole with the fabric started to tear after only a couple of weeks use and some time later my toe tore a hole through the upper fabric. Can't be fixed and they look horrible now; I'll have to throw them away.
I think the brand has serious design flaws because stress testing new models and materials should be able to avoid these issues. Not sure that production in China and Vietnam is a sound idea for a premium brand given the decline in quality of their product and it also lacks transparency with regards to sustainability in my opinion.
I used to be a promotor to friends and family of the brand ever since their appearance on the barefoot market, but I will be moving on from this.
So 1 star a.t.m, but I gave it 2 because of the years of good service and hope they recover, but it will not be for me.
