I bought the liquid omega for my daughter that can’t swallow pills so this is a great option and I also like the fact that is mint flavored all the other brands put orange oil and she’s allergic to oranges so it’s perfect for us plus is a clean tested product we’re happy with this product and the brand it arrived fast too.

I had a subscription with Vivo Life for…
I had a subscription with Vivo Life for 6 months. I received absolutely no warning or reminder emails that my subscription was about to renew. The very first notification I received was on the morning my bank account was suddenly debited for £122.
I contacted customer support immediately that same morning, asking them to cancel the order before it processed. Instead, they ignored my message, allowed their automated system to ship the order anyway, and took a full week to finally reply to my email.
Now, because of their system's failure to send a reminder and their team's slow response time, I am being forced to foot the bill for return postage out of my own pocket just to get my £122 back.
This is incredibly poor customer service and an unfair subscription trap. I will not be buying from Vivo Life again. Be very careful with their subscriptions.
I even appeared in their ad in 2017 and a loyal customer ! Won’t be buying anything from them due to the lack or customer service and for being out of pocket for their inefficiency !
