Painless ear wax removal
I was seen on time by a well presented clinician and escorted to the treatment room. An explanation was given on all aspects of the treatment which was carried out with care and was painless.
Would use this company again.

Quite a nasty experience
Quite a nasty experience. Wax was not removed fully , they promised free removal of wax but didnt honoured and asked for very high fees again. Went to GP now trying to find solution. Be very careful

And gave me back hearing in my ear which was blocked.
I’d recommend them to anyone who needs this procedure

Gentle and professional
I was disappointed when the Bromley branch closed but so glad I went to the West Croydon Vivona instead, Candice was so gentle and professional, the building is modern and easy to find, I shall now be going back every 6 months as recommended!
