Never received my shipment

I ordered a month supply of the vivoo strips, but after a month of waiting I reached out to see where my order was. They advised there was a shipping error and they would send a new pack out, arriving in 3-6 days along with an email with tracking information. Another two weeks passed, no email, no tracking, no strips. I contacted them again as I assume they did not ship them again. They issued me a refund immediately which makes me think because it was only a month order, it wasn’t worth the shipping for them. I’d like to try them but not willing to go through that long of a retail experience again.

Superb overall experience

Superb overall experience. The app is smooth and easy to use. The tips are efficient and it does a good job of recommending nutritional info and meal suggestions. To sum-up, it hits the goals and it's good if you want to get guidance to stay healthy.

Vivoo is the best urine test on the market

Vivoo was very easy to obtain and use. I just gave an order via amazon. It is a great way to keep yourself informed about your health. I recommend it!

Great experience

Great experience so far. Very easy to use. And, the team was quick to respond to my questions. I was searching for a tool to track hydration levels and I am happy to have this parameter in the Vivoo App. Keep up the good work!

I have been receiving low sodium…

I have been receiving low sodium results for over a year. My Doctor didn’t notice it at first in my blood work and dismissed my urine results. Over a year later my blood work showed very low sodium and he adjusted my meds. Now I feel much better and the urine test discovered it first!

All of the ‘positive’ reviews are too…

All of the ‘positive’ reviews are too over the top to be real. Like so many other people I ordered, nothing came for a month, I reached out to customer services and was just ignored. They just WILL NOT ever reply to you.

A perfect example is this, any reputable company would be appalled by their negative reviews on here and have someone replying to them. They do not. They don’t bother to even refute the claims against them.

This tells you everything you need to know.

Never even bothered to reply

I ordered from them on Jan 4, 2023, and then spaced it for a little while until I noticed the $60+ charge on my card a while later. I checked the status of my order on their website and it was labeled as still "processing" a full 5 weeks later. I reached out to their customer service to find out what was going on and it's been nearly a week with no response. I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card to get the money back.

I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews for this company are from people with a stake in the company. The majority of bad reviews have the same thing in common - orders aren't being shipped. I'm questioning whether this company actually produces a product at all.

I love how easy they've made it to take a test

I love how easy they've made it to take a test + the in-app experience is really awesome.

Love the recommendations. Love that it only takes 90 seconds for the test to be submitted.

It would be useful to also have potassium since it works hand in hand with sodium, but it's probably more complicated.

Overall amazing experience.

I used these tests for about 6 months…

I used these tests for about 6 months on and off. Today I decided to run an experiment. I took two tests within 1 hour and only changed the room I was in. The lighting was similar but the test was 7/10 and 9/10. Apparantly during that hour my sodium, calcium and magnesium levels dropped from 10 to 3. Newsflash, they didn't. This test isn't accurate. Get a blood test if you are really concerned.

They have incredible customer service

They have incredible customer service. Real people respond to you and fast. I bought the product for my husband because his health had deteriorated recently and it was one way to easily track some of his health factors. It’s easy to use and he found it helpful. I’m not 100% sure how accurate the reading is but at least it can help you compare week to week if you test under the same conditions each time.

This test wasn't accurate for me

Following from the response from Vivoo I will always consider a blood test to be more reliable. I won't be buying this product again.

This test wasn't accurate for me. It stated low sodium. I actually did a blood test on the same day and it showed sodium levels were in the high end of normal range. My hydration is low but I drink 3 liters of water daily. How reliable are the other results?

I love this product

I love this product! It works great. And I think we should all be able to monitor more of our health indicators at home. It’s important to read the instructions. Nothing is difficult at all. Just have to follow the process. It takes under two minutes. I just got my newest box through their subscription service. Super helpful customer service! REAL people. No bots!
