Love your products just wish you weren’t closing

I originally bought this for my granddaughter last Christmas, but in my helping her do it, I became addicted to it and love it. I find it very relaxing and everyone loves the finished product. Thank you!!

I occupy my mind creating these glorious canvases! I’ve completed 10 so far and I’ve ordered 7 more due to your closing. I’ve had several compliments on the finished canvases, with people saying “you should sell these”! I have given some to close friends. Great gifts! Please don’t close!!! No one matches your high quality canvases!!

Seems like I got scammed they said my order was shipped to USPS and the tracking number for my package says the package hasn't been received yet it's been 9 days since I received the email from VizuArts that my order was shipped and still nothing from USPS? Waste of over $100 and my niece won't have it in time for her birthday. Don't recommend.

Diamond painting is a fun way to create beautiful pictures without having to draw or get messy with paint!

It takes focus and is so calming when you get into a good groove. There's no need to do the entire diamond painting in one sitting, so take breaks when you want and watch the picture take shape over time!

I found this site by complete accident & am not sorry. We have now bought many, many pictures & if you weren't closing, we'd be buying more. We have recommended your site to several other people & will continue to whilst I'm able.
The kits are beautiful & look stunning on completion. The instructions are clear & easy to follow.
We have not had many reasons to contact customer services, but on the couple of occasions we have, they have been efficient & effective.
We sincerely wish you weren't leaving us, but thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the joy & happiness your kits have brought us & those we love

I bought this for my gf who is very analytical and she loves it. It takes time to do so definitely be prepared and patient.

It was great. It was a photo reproduction that given as a Mother’s Day gift. It was received wonderfully. So grateful for the care given to the order.

They did not leave enough of the blue in all different shades of blue. I have sent the picture and the color and they have not sent anymore.

Received this product in great condition. Have bought a couple of them. Very relaxing. Also had one done of my picture. Came out great.

DO NOT ORDER! They shipped my order and it was delivered to a door in Kentucky. I emailed them because my order clearly showed a shipping address in Florida. Their response was “sorry your order was delivered you need to call your post office to figure it out.” WHAT??? What does that even mean? No assistance or response after I sent them photos of the original order with the correct shipping address. They market the heck out of their product but horrible customer service!!!!

Got my visuart quickly and on time and a love it. It's really great if you need to take a break and think or relax. I will for sure be getting more of them in the future.

It definitely helps with mental health! I got it because I wanted to find a hobby that I could get into and to get something that would keep my mind on just one thing and I love it! Will definitely be getting more.

Its definitely helpful for mental health! Anxiety and depression! Something nice to do to keep your hands busy as you watch some tv! My only problem is that its so expensive and I don’t make a whole lot. If it was cheaper, that would be better.

I've recently purchased a diamond set for my partner, she absolutely fell in love with it. Not to mention the focus and help with certain mental health issues. I would say 5 stars, but 4 just because I had to order, cases/supplies/accessories. Visuart site is limited on supply and accessories, but amazon works. Also their custom painting are amazing. Thanks Visuart. Definitely recommend!

I usually receive my paintings in their individual boxes. Not only were their NOT in individual boxes but squeezed into one box rapped in black plastic with diamonds missing. I never had problems with you before and always recommended you with high praise; this last order you sent me made me out as a liar.

I placed my order on Christmas 2020 and now yet haven't receive anything from them. I keep asking them regarding my order. But, it's been 5 months of waiting. They keep telling me they will send it to me but when I ask the tracking numbers from them, no reply from them. I hope everyone beware.
