So far, so good. Haven't had as much time to diamond paint as I like lately, but product arrived quickly and in good shape. Love the pic and symbols are easy to read. No problems so far. Quality is good. I'm very happy with my purchase. Will purchase from this company again in the future.

I am on my third painting and loving…
I am on my third painting and loving it. Although I did order a frame and it did not match up good on the corners. Did the best I could to make it work and still wasn't happy. Will probably not order another one. Also the last project I got has a lot of shortage on diamonds. When I get down to the finish I will let you know what I all need to finish the project and hope there will be no charge to me. Otherwise I love what I'm doing. Judy

I did not have enough diamonds to complete my project, several requests for replacement drills have resulted in nothing from company. I finally gave up on them and found another store to buy what I needed. not happy to have to spend more money to complete project. your canvases are higher priced than most, I expected better.

6 pictures finished!
I have now completed 6 paintings since Christmas! Very enjoyable hobby that keeps me occupied from worrying about being in quarantine. I order a new one when I’m about halfway through the one I’m working on, so I don’t have to wait for the delivery and get withdrawal symptoms!!!
I also like the regular discounts that are emailed to me, and I have referred several friends to Vizuarts for the quality of product and service.

The Shells and Starfish were a gift to my sister, she’s loving it and relaxing while doing it, so it’s a win win . As soon as she’s done I’ll send a pic in of it, she won’t let me see it until she’s done. But she’s enjoying the experience of diamond art and the picture fits her decor in her bedroom so she’ll have it on a wall when it’s done. Loving it !!

I ordered a diamond painting for my daughter for Christmas. They shipped the wrong one. When I emailed they were prompt in their reply stating they would send a postage paid envelope back so I could return the incorrect order and would immediately ship the correct one. I waited and waited. Then I was told it was already shipped so I waited some more. I asked for the tracking number and they gave me a fake one. I have asked for a refund and haven’t gotten a response back. It is now the middle of March and I’m still dealing with this. I would NOT order from this company again.

Greatest Gift Ever
I got this as a valentines day gift for my significant other and they have been so in love with it. It makes me so happy to see how much they enjoy it and I love to watch how satisfying it is. Sometimes they let me stick down a satisfying piece and it is so fun and beautiful. Hours of fun, we can't wait to hang it up.

I am very please with vizuarts. When I had an issue with one shipment they responded quickly and shipped me another. Also I did a custom picture and it was awesome. I will order another custom picture from them. The only downsize is the shipping time on custom orders. I wish it was less than a month from ordering to receiving.

I wasn't sure whether I would like doing this but found that once I got started I couldn't stop. It's relaxing. I have been enjoying it so much that I purchased my next one and also got two others for gifts.
It would be helpful to include some basic instructions. I watched a video to learn about using the wax. Also, only to lift the cellophane off the area you are currently working on.

The company doesn't explain that there are some pictures with square diamonds and some with circle diamonds. The squares are impossible to do and not fun at all to stressful BUT the worse is there return policy Vizu Arts is very uncooperative and extremely hard to actually see a refund...When I requested one they told me to give the product as a gift I could not believe this terrible company RUN for this project

TERRIBLE
This company gave very little directions in the project. My directions got stuck to the canvas and left the canvas unuseable.
I had no idea what I was doing and tried to look for instructions. The canvas was ruined. I purchased 2 of them. I emailed asking if they could help me with the first canvas. I didn't want my money back, just another canvas (I can still use the beads and wax). They emailed me back NOT caring or understanding. I will NOT shop here again. Whatever happened to a little customer service?????
NEVER again. No directions, no guidance, and a ruined canvas.
I will not send photos-I already told the customer service people 3 times what the problem is.
Shame on them for not helping
UPdATE it is now March 7th and I emailed them the information they asked for and I have heard nothing. They continue to ignore all correspondance.
Shop Amazon or Michaels or Hobby Lobby-you will do much better
