I highly recommend this company. I ordered a chest of drawers but the incorrect colour arrived. I informed them of this and from the very first response I received they have been incredibly helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Customer service is excellent and the product itself is stunning! They even allowed me to keep the chest of drawers that was the wrong colour as well as sending one which was the right colour. Thank you Vladon.

This review is based on my experience in dealing with the company, the staff, and their outstanding level of customer service.

We originally ordered this Granada TV Stand for TV's up to 55 inches in White Gloss from the company Wayfair at the price of £263.00. After waiting weeks with delay after delay with some very poor customer service, Wayfair eventually told us that the item was "suddenly discontinued"

This turned out to be false, because when I contacted the Vladon company direct in Germany I was advised that there were at least 50 of them available.

The price quoted by the Vladon company was £190.00 including delivery to the UK. Over £70.00 less expensive than the price from Wayfair. Wayfair did make a full refund, but made no attempt to acquire the item on our behalf.

The unit arrived from Germany in six days, perfectly packed, and not a single piece was scratched or damaged, including the three glass shelves.
We were sent two right hand doors, but a replacement left hand door was sent free of charge and arrived within five days; also perfectly packed and wrapped.

At the price of £190.00 I got exactly what I expected. Fair enough, it is not what you would call high end expensive quality, and you do need to go easy when assembling it. Especially pushing in the dowels, you dont need to hammer them in. But I have no issues with it whatsoever, even with my DIY skills.

If you want absolutely top quality, then pay about £500.00 more and shop around. But this does not detract from the overall appearance of the unit once assembled and in position.

I am writing to say thank you very much to all of you for your outstanding levels of customer service. It is exceptional and you are to be congratulated as a company for everything you do.

The new door for the left hand side of the cabinet arrived this morning, superbly packed, and very quick delivery.

The cabinet was easy to assemble, and even including shipping to the UK it was less expensive than if I had bought it from the Wayfair company who let me and my wife down.

We are extremely happy with the product.

Have been informed by European trading standards that I have basically lost £507 and had to fight this for 4 months. This the route I had to go to try and get a refund or replacement as Amazon took no responsibility for the cardboard I had been sold. Hired a joiner to build their entertainment unit and screws went straight through the MDF. This was supposed to hold weight and it could not even withstand being built. I feel robbed and angry at the way they took their money for goods not up to the U.K. quality standards. Remember if you purchase anything from them you have to be a good loser as there is no redress to any fault and they are protected because the company is on Germany therefore no EU legislation covers U.K. anymore. Worst experience I have ever had with a seller and will never deal with Amazon either. I am left with 7 boxes of soft wood, screws and glass not fit for a bonfire 🔥 and no money to buy another

Watch this furniture. Whilst it all looks nice and pretty whilst new i have found that after a few years the plastic coating to yhe mdf has come completely away. 50 years in the building trade i have never seen yhis happen so beware your furniture may not last. Will never buy again

Brought a nice floating hallway unit with mirror which is good quality for the price. I'm a tradesman with a good selection of tools and knowledge. Hanging this unit would be tricky for anyone with basic to little diy skills. Would buy from vladon again.

I purchased a sideboard and two floor standing units. All were excellent quality and I have been extremely pleased with the purchase. I would have awarded five stars but the spring loaded draw and door catches are rubbish and after opening they have to be pressed manually each time to release the springs so that the doors/draws can be closed properly. Have tried all sorts of adjustment without success and would have been happy to have paid a bit more for decent catches as this is irritating. Overall though great furniture at a very good price!

I ORDERED A VALENCIA TV STAND IN MATT BLACK WITH MALI WENGE FRONT,ALSO AN ADDITIONAL TOP STAND TO RAISE TV ALSO IN MALI WENGE.THE QUALITY IS VERY IMPRESSIVE AS IS THE APPEARANCE,I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A COUPLE OF DAMAGED PIECES AND RECEIVED REPLACEMENTS WITHIN 3 DAYS.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VLADON.

I purchased a high gloss tv unit off this company via a well known site. The item arrived with very thin packaging, which was suprising as one of the components of the tv unit was a piece of glass. The glass arrived smashed in several pieces. Upon contacting the company they agreed to replace the parts which were damaged (this is fine). However, upon trying to put the tv unit together without the glass top my partner and I found we were unable to do so.

The reason being is that the company had not drilled holes all the way through the wood so that it could be assembled without a drill, and had not drilled holes to attach the handles to the unit. The reason Vladon gave for not doing this was pathetic, they said some customers did not want handles or the unit to have feet attached, and they drilled part way through to allow customers to drill all the way through if they wanted this option. In no part of the advert did the tv unit specify it needed a drill, and if it did my partner and I would not have purchased it as we do not have a drill and we are not DIYers and would not wanted to have damaged the wood. Additionally, why would we purchase handles if we did not want to attach them to the tv unit.

The whole cabinet was really intended for someone with DIY skills, as it also needed you to glue the drawers, something which in my eyes is just cheap.

We now have a box of broken glass in our living room courtesy of Vldaon because they and Fedex refuse to pick up the broken glass they delivered and Vladon in my eyes clearly don't care about health and safety as they asked us to repackage and send back the items as best we could in a box that had broken glass pieces in it, being fully aware of this fact. That saying they did provide a refund for the item.
