I didn’t know you could discontinue an account when you receive a few bad comments? I had a really bad experience & lost a lot of money & thought it was important to share to warn others!

The same with me (Gaye Allen), and all the measurements from the scan was wrong?! I asked for my money back as I paid £1499 and still paying £120 a month back to the credit firm they sold me for nothing, VL came back to me with, my diet was bad(Lies) I am under a lot of stress and that produces insulin so another reason and I was often 5 minutes late the odd time, blaming me for the treatment not working! I asked Lana if it would definitely work as I’m really down and obviously it’s a lot of money for nothing, she reassured me I would be over the moon with the results, I trusted her! Did you peruse for your money back? I am currently getting legal advice and I will try everything I can to get my money back but more importantly not to give peoples false hope when they’re vulnerable to start with, like me!

Was promised weight loss using there machine spent over a thousand pounds and it made not one bit of difference Absolute rip off will never go to them again

Absolutely love this clinic been coming here for about 4 years now and can't falt it at all. All the latest and best treatments offered in a very clean and professional environment. They are very welcoming and make you feel really comfortable. I have had all the facials and peels which are brilliant, you won't be disappointed with the results and anyone thinking of getting microneedling done I can't encourage enough it has made a big difference to all aspects of my skin it is so much smoother, all my old acne scarring and pitting are so much better. Fine lines much softer, skin looks so much clearer, brighter and plumper, people are always commenting on how good my skin is looking and want to know what I have had done. Thanks to Vanessa and the team and special thanks to Joanne for all these lovely facials and microneedling ❤💯 highly recommend 😀

I have been twice now for Botox.
After a very poor first experience pre pandemic, I wasn’t going to go again, but noting they had a new practitioner I thought I would try.

The clinic is swish but it’s all a facade. My first Botox experience left me with a dodgy Spock brow. Industry standard is a 2 week follow up and top ups or correction if needed. I tried getting a follow up but the doctor was away in Pakistan for a month. When I finally got a follow up, she told me my follow up was too long since initial injection (she was away, this was not my fault!!!) and therefore I would have to pay full price to be treated again. No way.

After the pandemic I decided to give it a go again. There are very few options in the region, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone again.
This time, there was no horrible asymmetric error, only very minimal results. I went to my 2 week follow up as scheduled but the Dr told me the results were fine- there really aren’t any results at all!?!
I’m not sure if it’s poor technique or if this clinic uses teeny tiny amounts to save cash. They certainly are more interested in refusing top ups to keep the profit. Daft, as they could have had a customer for life but instead I will never be returning.

I paid £120 which were taken in advance for an upcoming session. Then my appointment was cancelled due to closure of facility for COVID. Later when facility was opened again I called them to refund my due amount but they never did and on my repeated phone calls and emails they send me a credit note worth of £100 (they never refunded money), wasted my time in phone calls and emails. Later I got services only of £50 and the rest of the amount was never repaid back. So out of £120 I got services only of £50. Be careful with paying them in advance.

Every time I’ve ever been the staff have been wonderful and so lovely. I’m really shocked by the comment below especially because the owner is from Eastern Europe. I’m sorry you feel this way about Carlisle too.

I went in feeling so stressed & a little down & tense, after my 60 minute stress therapy massage with Joanne I felt like a different person. The massage itself was amazing, like no other massage I have had before her advice was second to none & what a lovely person. She was so professional & definitely knows her stuff. She made me feel so at ease I can’t wait For my next massage. All the ladies/staff I spoke to were so nice & professional too. I can not fault Vibralife in any way. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I feel such a difference in myself mentally & physically. I get bad headaches & the scalp massage lifted all the tension I felt beforehand & so far I haven’t had another bad head. I really can’t wait to go back. After looking at the other treatments available I will also be trying some of those. Thank you so much Joanne x

Since joining Vibralife at Kingmoor, I have benefitted tremendously, both in my general health and well being, but also with regards to my confidence.
There are many classes to suit all abilities and the Staff are all dedicated and kind!
I recommend it highly.

Vibralife is a nice clean friendly gym which caters for all ages and abilities. The staff are very polite, friendly, welcoming and non judgemental. The facilities are excellent, really clean and everything in good condition. I would be happy to recommend Vibralife to anyone - the pods are amazing, relaxing or energising and there is even a beauty salon! Fantastic place.

The classes are great and the staff really helpful- they all know your name and know how to motivate you! When you are in a class you feel like you have a personal trainer and there are plenty of classes to choose from.

I was given a voucher for my 60th birthday for Vibralife and went up to experience whether or not it was for me. Lana and Stuart are so friendly and helpful and I find the exercise machines great, so much so that my husband also joined and we go three times a week. The instructors are very helpful and change exercises to suit individual needs, such as my arthritis and my recent foot operation. I would without doubt recommend it to anyone, also there are specials on beauty treatments and there is always someone to talk to. It is a very friendly club.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and will tailor your workout to your personal needs.

In line with progress in training regimes, there may be a need to update the exercises in line with 'cross-fit' so that it stays current and retains / builds custom.

Fantastic Health Club. Good professional service and facilities. Would recommend to anyone regardless of age and present fitness.

Since joining the gym, i have really benefited from this different approach, the environment is welcoming and friendly and the programmes on offer are great. The short classes really work for me, but i still feel like i have done my best in each session, the instructers are great and really support you. The approach to health and fitness really fits in with my busy family life.

the sessions are really great, and the team are very supportive and helpful.
I love going to them.

You get a great welcome as you come in the door - people who care about you and your progress - and you get amazing results!

All the staff give full person centered service, pushing you to your limit's. Advice and support from all. Small group sessions with real motivation.

I visited Vibralife having no self esteem or confidence mainly due to my weight problems. It took a lot for me just to walk through the door. I need not of been scared as I cannot praise the staff enough as they immediatley make you feel welcome and at ease. They show a personal interest in you and make you feel you are not alone and able to achieve your goals. The equipment and dietry needs recommended to me proved to be successful and after the course, I walked out of there a totally different person. If I had the money, I would of continued as a member. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone and would say 'just go and see Lana' as she is truely incredible.
