I made the mistake of buying a balloon necklace from Vlessi. My name begins with a J and the letter arrived looking completely different to what’s advertised online - it looks like a backwards C and not the very clear, distinctive J they show online.
I emailed them wanting a refund after sending me a product that’s completely different to what they advertise online and they ignored me. When I reached out on Instagram, they blocked me.
Read the negative reviews and take note. Do NOT buy from this terrible, misleading company. All you’ll get is a shoddy product and when you try and complain or return, you’ll be ignored and blocked.

So I made an order from Vlessi a few months ago and everything went smooth, item arrived on time and was as described. I placed another order on July 4th , this time for 3 items. I received an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number. Today we are July 31, tracing number is not a valid tracking number and 10 emails later , not one response. I have since filed a claim with my credit card company and received a full refund from Visa. After reading all the horrible reviews I am thankful that my first transaction went well but this seems like a sketchy company and they will never have my business again.

I ordered gift for my granddaughter on 12/03. Still not arrived on 12/26. Customer service is non existent. Article has not left China. Questioning whether or not this is a bogus company. No one answers phone noted in support and return emails are vague. Tracking services inadequate and not reliable.

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered the bubble necklace in gold and it looked nothing like the pictures. it looked like the super pungent gold/fake looking so i asked for an exchange in silver. horrible customer service, i sent 3 emails in the span of 2 weeks and still have yet to get a response. if there was an option for zero stars i would!

Absolute BS. website says ships in 4-7 days. Took 16 days to get to me bc it came from China. I asked to cancel and they went dark on me. Reported to my bank. Box showed up smashed. This was a gift that can’t be a gift now bc the day came and went. Never again! Necklace is something my 6 year old could’ve made. Terrible quality. What a waste!

How can this company improve well when something has to get returned how about sending a return label when I asked for it they just ignore you. They say staff has to review it. It’s been over a month. How long does it take to review that the ring does not fit Think twice before you order anything from this company, this company is bad news. The worst they act like the ring is thousands of dollars it was a few dollars but it doesn’t fit. What the hell am I gonna do with it? Do not buy anything from this company. customer Service is horrible I tried numerous times to get in touch with these people.

I purchased a balloon style letter charm as a gift for my sister. The piece as a nice weight and size, and she was very pleased. She had recently bought herself a similar piece (! great minds think alike!) but we both thought the Vlessi piece was superior in quality. The plating is also a very nice rich gold color.

I’ve lost count how many emails I have sent to this company in the last two months. I put this order in on 27 November 2023 and we are in February 2024. I have got an attachment of a photograph of a parcel that is at the Royal Mail post office with incorrect information that’s why the parcel was not delivered to me. Royal mail said they would send the parcel back to the company. I have been asking for a refund for the last couple of months now, and not getting any response. Apart from you saying you will look into this. It’s gone beyond the point bad customer service.
The cost of the necklace was £22.46 and this was meant to be a Christmas present!!!!!
Luckily, I found the same necklace on a different website with fantastic customer service and receive the necklace within three working days.
It was very hard to either give this one star!!!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Do not bother with this company. Sent wrong item twice then said it was never in stock and would be resolved. Now not getting a response from god knows how many emails and DM's. Looks like a really fancy legitimate company but arrives from China. Would get a better service from SHIEN!!

DO NOT BUY FROM VLESSI! Rubbish quality and will not respond to multiples emails/comments/dms on all platforms about faulty jewellery. 16 unanswered emails + 20 DMs + multiple comments since 8 Nov! Order #48934 . Bigger The Better Tear Drop Earrings arrived broken.

I bought 6 necklaces which did arrive but I did not wear immediately (who would) when I came to wear them 2 of them were completely broken (unusable) I wrote to them, they asked for photos (sent lots of photos) of the broken clasps, to be told sorry over 14 days go away, no help, no replacement NOTHING. horrendous customer service. So I have 2 broken necklaces, Thank you Vlessi, and reading all the other poor ladies comments I don't feel bad at leaving this review. Spend your money elsewhere. FUMING.

I ordered a balloon pendant of the letter "J" and it arrived looking nothing at all like the letter. I immediately reached out to vlessi about a return and refund, but they didn't respond. I have reached out to vlessi support at least 7 times, by email, phone, and website contact form, over the period of a month, and they have yet to respond. Terrible product, and the worst customer service experience I've ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They posted a picture online of the product and when I received it it was cheap looking and the size of the initial was miniscule.

My pearl necklace came. The pearls were set crooked on the left side. The letter A on it was tarnished. I sent them 2x emails and 1 message through Instagram and FB. No reply.
I asked for a replacement and said I’m happy to send back or a refund. I heard nothing.
Their product is cheap quality. Nothing like the pictures.

Bad quality! Earrings broke after one time, two necklaces one hade deffect on it and lost color on one side so that side is silver and one side gold

Please please don’t buy nothing from this company. This company is fraud you buy a necklace and they send you the wrong one and when you try to reach out to them they ignore you. They have your money now no refund they don’t respond save money. I should report them to Attorney General.

Absolutely awful. Didn’t receive my order, when emailed they sent me a ‘tracking receipt’ that shows it was shipped to the entirely wrong country, then said they would send a new one. After another month, sent me a new ‘tracking link’ that had no address on it just saying it had been successfully delivered (when it obviously hadn’t been), after that ignored all of my emails and attempts of contact. Finally filed a charge back with my bank two months after I had submitted the initial order after zero response.

I ordered three necklaces as gifts in November. They were happy to take my money but I cannot get any update on my items. All I want to know is will I have these gifts for Christmas. I have sent FOUR emails and not one has been responded to.
I would not purchase from these scammers.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I still have not heard back after contacting via email, instagram and facebook.

My necklace arrived tarnished and the quality is subpar. I want a refund and have been trying to contact their customer support for over 2 months.

I do not recommend this company.

Bought a necklace for my wife and while it a was lovely looking, it tarnished badly after less than a week of wear. I tried contacting Customer Services and got no reply after 72hrs. Tried again, still no reply after a week. 2 weeks later and 2 more emails, still nothing.
I feel this is a fraudulent company. They take your money and yes you receive your item but if you've any issues, just go to your neighbour instead as they'll be more helpful than Vlessi.
Truely shocking jewellery and customer service!!
