After two weeks still no goods and no e-mail with explanation.
Called several times but no one could give me some info - they also failed to call me back (even though promised).

Very poor customer service.
Paid my order by Paypal but got no reaction. After contacting them a few days later they promised to deliver the goods. Nothing arrived. Contacted them again. They answered one of the products was not in stock and could take another week or so but nevertheless the amount was already charged on my credit card. They offered to send another product claiming it was the exact same product but simply had another name (which of course is not true).
The goods finally arrived but the invoice had no company name on the form.
The amount was correct though.
All in all I don't find this company very trustworthy.
