Don't book with this company. They charge you for all kinds of things that other companies don't. They even charge for 'exra service'-care: this doesn't mean a thing. They're 0900 number charges 80ct a minute, but don't worry, they won't charge more than the maximum of 40 euros. They don't reply to e-mail.
Received a schedule change becuase the airline cancelled flights ahead of time. Vlucht24 keeps refering back to the airline and the airline back to vlucht24. English only, so if you don't speak English than you're screwed even more.

No response to my mail. I paid 470 euro to Vlucht24 for a flight with American Airlines, on the site of AA I see a price of 412 US dollars. On the invoice of Vlucht24 there is no specification of additional costs so I would an explanation on the difference in the costs

Vlucht24 gives you free drama on your flight! They adjust your booking dates after booking, so that you don't have have successive flights anymore. And in their communication they put some interesting puzzles for free, for example 67 of july. Communication is a one way street by the way, so you don't have to bother asking questions. All in all, if your trips are too boring and without stress, and you need some: book with24. In all other cases its best to ignore their offers..

I booked a flight from New York to New Orleans in March (the flight was in July). After booking, the company asked me to upload my credit card and ID. I didn't do that, and looked on the internet what kind of company I was dealing with. I found all the complaints. I phoned American Express to cancel everything and to block my card, but they answered that I already authorized them to charge the fee for the flight. They gave me the advise never to book with this company again. Ok, but that was to late..

On some Dutch review sites, I understood that your trouble becomes worse when you cancel your flight. In that case you have to pay a big fine (they can do that, it is in their policy that you can reed before booking - they only sell tickest that cannot be changed or refunded). So, I didn't cancel my flight. I basically did nothing, except booking the same flight directly with the airline. I never sent them my Credit card or ID, so they were unable to finalize my booking. About 6 weeks later, they cancelled my flight themselves, for free.

This company is just making money from customer service calls - 80cents/min maximum 40euros per call! We had problems with the credit card, and fixed that the next day then sent them an email per their request. Email was never responded to, so we had no choice but to call them despite the exorbitant rate. I waited about 10min to get through to an agent, told her about the issue and she had me wait 10min, and spoke only briefly to me in between to say she's trying to fix the booking. Finally, she was back but told me they changed the price 1,500 euros higher or 5,890euros for flights which we tried booking 3months in advance to make sure we get the lowest price possible. She said I should ask my husband to call them (meaning, we need to pay foe the calls again!!!). When I said to just stay on the line because my husband was on his way home, the agent HUNG UP on me!!! I've never felt so cheated my entire life! Now, we risk getting charged 5,890 euros on our credit card! AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY Vlucht24.nl at all cost!

on top of the credit card payment extra cost, taxes and luggage, they add a fix amount of 30€ for booking through them, that it is not shown until you receive the confirmation.

I am not sure what is their added value

Not reccomended. Go directly to the company website to book!

If you make an account and don't book they will keep emailing you to finish your booking. I nearly confused this for the website I just booked with and that could have gone wrong! The link to unsubscribe from these emails is always broken, so no way to get rid of it. Absolutely not recommended, better competitors available.

Please note that insurance purchased in case a flight date needs to be changed is not any good if the airline ticket isn't changeable!! Absolute scam.. Apparently I should have noted this on the booking page before I purchased..

Far better companies than this if you need to book flights.. Buyer beware!
