I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I placed an order worth 55,000 PKR, and instead of fulfilling it professionally, the company cancelled my order and attempted to pressure me by saying they would delay the shipment for an unreasonable period or cancel it altogether.

This behavior is completely unacceptable, unethical, and highly unprofessional. It feels like intimidation rather than customer service. For a business to treat a customer this way especially on a high-value order raises serious concerns about their credibility and reliability.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order with this website. Proper communication, transparency, and respect for customers are basic standards that this company clearly failed to meet.
