We’re very sorry for the confusion with your subscription payment. What happened is that the first attempt on 08/18 didn’t go through because the billing address was entered incorrectly. This created a pending authorization on your bank’s side (which may have looked like a charge), but it was never actually captured. Once the correct information was entered, only one successful payment was processed for your subscription.
We completely understand how this could have looked like a double charge, but please be assured that only one payment went through. If you have any questions at all, our support team is always available by phone or WhatsApp to help right away.
