This is the best place to go for great vocals regardless of what genre of music you are working with. Yes, they promote their vocals mainly as "EDM", but once you listen to the bare, stripped down vocal tracks, you will find that they are suitable for almost any genre.

Communication with cunstomer service and the induvidual singers is excellent. They are all extremely friendly and professional.

There are so many great singers there! Thank you, Vocalfy.

TL;DR: Amazing support with high-quality vocals. The site could use a small improvement.

As a first, the site is sometimes a bit slow when you filter through the vocals, and the previews always play at max sound. Even if you turn down the volume on a preview and move to a different preview, the volume resets to 100%. This is not the biggest issue, just something to improve at the end of Vocalfy.

Now to the core of Vocalfy. The vocals I've purchased were of high quality and gave me a good start with my productions. I've upgraded from Basic to Pro after a month of trial. After I'd already been charged for the Basic plan and upgraded to Pro, I emailed support right away, and the representative of Vocalfy replied very quickly (within 12 hours). The "inconvenience" was quickly resolved, even when, later, the credits of the Pro subscription were removed for some weird reason, I emailed back, and the credits I had left over (which were 9 at the time) were reapplied to my account.

Overall support is thinking with you as a customer. A lot of customer support agents of other companies could learn a thing or two from Vocalfy.

Vocalfy has helped me connect with artist who care about my track as much as i do. It's my go to place for vocals.

I subscribe to it often and it's worth €20 for 10 Voicals and €10 for five Voicals The price-performance ratio is simply awesome.
And the Voicals is in high quality. Simply wow. It's definitely worth it people and I always like to take out a new subscription and think it's really cool. You can get high-quality vocal at a reasonable price

Very good quality vocals, but the UX of the website needs work! It's ridiculously slow and when you've finally found a vocal when not logged in, you can log in and search for the vocal...again...

Negative first, site not optimized as other people mention and you need to be very specific when you order (don't guess the octave is going to be the same as the other recorded songs on the site unless you specify).

Positive: Damian was very ok to work with. He adjusted some minor issues I had with the recording and offered to sing in the regular higher octave he uses for a smaller extra fee. The total price was still nice considering his vocal quality. He also pretty much delivered on time and I was very pleased with the end result.

The vocals are good and fairly priced. I've never had any issues there.
The site, on the other hand is super slow and always a headache to use. I think it buffers all of the tracks in advance before you even preview them, to make them fast to listen to, but it makes everything else slow.

I would give the vocals 4/5 and the site a 3/5.

Had an unfortunate experience with this company which I had received the wrong vocal & didn’t notice until after the 30 day period as I was overseas, after contacting the company I was offered an awesome resolution to swap for the vocal I originally wanted & I was thrilled with there response even though I stated the time line to then only have them go back on the offer with information stated in the initial email. This leading to wasting a ton of time back & forth & working on new project with the promise of a credit toward a vocal I could actually use. I believe the product is very impressive quality wise is very good for the price just unfortunate to have a frustrating experience & time wasted. Be very hard to use the company again as indie music producer every cost ads up so much. Hope others don’t have the same. The non exclusive don’t seem to ever be removed either as I haven’t seen any go down yet after months even though it states they remove them consistently.

Great product and support staff! The quality of the singers is amazing and pro.

Would have given 5 stars if all products contained a chords.mid. Also, having vocal phrases be more symmetrical would really save time. That is, lead in notes are fine, just have them lead in or start in the same places so we don't have to do surgery on the .wav files.

Those small improvements will get this really good product to 5 stars. Thank you!

I really appreciate Vocal.fy for this! This helped me find good rare vocals in a cheap price. Amazing really.

It was my first time purchasing from Vocalfy. The purchasing process was easy and the files I got were everything, and more. It is really worth it to add the extra files for $15 as you get wet, dry and unprocessed vocals, as well as some swells and chops. You also get all the midi files, stems and lyrics too.

Very good quality vocal with à lot of variety but mainly pop and edm.

Hands down best vocal site. High quality unlike others.
Only complaint would be some original vocals (not covers) are eerily similar to already produced songs, so you do have to be careful picking them out.
