Fast and cheap shipping to Canada
An item I had ordered was not available but they contacted me within the hour and as soon as I answered with my selection, they shipped right away. Amazing and very fast customer service.

Dealing with complaints
Very good quality of product and service. I made a complaint about the colour difference of the garment ordered and received. They immediately sent the right colour completely free of charge. That's much more than I expected.

Excellent service
Vocla really showed that they cared for their customers.
I had big problems with the Norwegian post to get my package without paying tax two times but Carl Michael and Vocla kept contact with me during the whole process and sorted all the problems.
This was probably a screw up from The Royal Mail.
