I attempted to start a return for a completely unused product, following their policy and providing all necessary documentation. Its been two weeks and all my attempts to reach customer service have been ignored. This is just a chinese factory masquerading as a business with no customer service. Their policies are fraudulent because you cannot actually get customer support or return anything to them. Do not buy from their website, only Amazon if you must.

I have been very happy for my vocolinc products for years now, but they stop supporting their older models, so they dont work in Google home, I fine it very annoying that I paid money for something that is totally useless now, 1 star for the lack of support from their customer service, that have no clue of what is going on, and for their failure to hold on to customers that have been with them for years.

I bought a VOCOlinc LED strip from Amazon, unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted VOCOlinc support and, after I sent them some photos and a video to prove them the damage, they sent to my house another LED strip, using a fast shipping method and sending via email the tracking code.
Please note that that product is currently sold out everywhere, so this adds points to the experience.
Their warranty lasts for a year and the product is very well built.
