Live TV always, I mean always buffering, you open a ticket and they tell you that it's not buffering, treat you like an idiota dumb, their customer service is horrible, they take days to fix the problem, literally they don't care, they only want your money, today is not working at all, any channel, movie or series, EPG failed to refresh, nothing working in this IPTV...be careful when you choose the IPTV, if you don't want stress do not sign-up for VOCO_TV. I won't renew this as we have much better providers than this one. BE CAREFUL!!!! THEY ARE LIERS, LAZY AND "0" CS!!!

They had the HIDE to close my correspondences , WITHOUT ANY communication from VOCO .

Customer DIS-Service
The customer service is rude and unhelpful. They are the definition of "we'll look into it" (verbatim response) but provide ZERO follow-up.
Furthermore, navigation is SLOW when using IPTV Smarters. That is, trying to simply move between channels is so slow that sometimes you're not sure you pressed the button. I know it's not IPTV Smarters because I used it for a previous provider and it was smooth. I put it off as simply "having more content" so the system just takes longer HOWEVER I discovered that at least some of their listed channels are fake.
I tried to watch NHL and NBA games for my favorite teams using the "dedicated" channels and during games it just shows a default screen with the NHL or NBA logo on it and music playing in the background. I tested this on multiple occasions. I created a ticket to point this out and they tried to blame it on VPN. I mentioned I wasn't using a VPN when testing this and even shared a video proving this. They have chosen to ignore those messages to this point.
If I don't get a response today, I'm planning on cancelling. Buyer BEWARE.

Have to tell you..content selection is great but the lack of support and customer service I had with them left a bad taste in my mouth.
Programming information in the guide for 5 days wasn't loading, wasted many hours with their customer service telling me to hang in there, tech support was on it...to no avail.
