Happy customer

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’d been looking for an Egg chair for sometime when a friend recommended Voga. She had another style of chair from Voga which I’d been admiring. The price was great so I ordered the chair, and the stool as well, in dark grey wool. I have to say it exceeded my expectations! Its extremely well built and the fabric is top quality, it really is a show piece in my lounge. It was very well packaged and there was no construction required, I’m really happy with my decision.

Poor service - would not recommend using Voga.com

I ordered 2 dark brown chairs, Voga sent me two chairs with the wrong color - unstained pine color. I spent months and months trying to get help from their support. They eventually accepted that they had made a mistake, but blamed their shipment company and put me in touch with them. Their shippment company (in Ireland) responded promtly, but confirmed all the order details as I had on record, and said there was no fault on their side, but I should go back to Voga, as they had made the mistake . I did so, but Voga then changed their story, and said that the chairs were supposed to be that color, and that they would not discuss the issue any further .
Voga state that they have good support, they do not, they will eventually respond to e-mails, but there is no person/company phone you can call, they do not follow up as they say they will. I would not recommend ever using them, poor service and no customer service except lipp service.

I ordered 7/2 chairs they said “hurry…

I ordered 7/2 chairs they said “hurry op, only 8 items left in stock”. Then I got a delivery time of 16 weeks. When I ask why they says “hurry up only 8 items left”, when they have to produce them to you, they only replies that they always produce in order. Ok, I’ll still get them to the summer season, I thought.... After 16 weeks I ask when I can expect my chairs, they say that it’s still 10 weeks more ( they should be here latest 2 weeks ago). So I’ll get my outdoor chairs after the summer and have to buy other chairs. I ask for a cancellation and the simply refuses. It’s a scam, keep away from this firm. You have no rights as a customer.

VOGA - the shity hellhole of bad logistics and extra cost

First; Check ut VOGA comeback on Instagram....

I have ordered chairs and lamps from VOGA through the last three years. Usually the transaction has ended acording to expectations and what I paid for. Now however (november-17) the company takes you on a ride of extra expences, shippingcost, deleted order history, double tax that ads up to more than the price of the furniture. They are criminals, no question. It's sad because the product are cool and ok quality. But this is my last order. Status: the chairs I ordered in April finaly arrived the warehouse.... in Ireland. Free shipping does not mean to youre house. You Will have to pay thousands for shipping and extra for tax since you didn't get a spesified order confirmation. Orderhistory gets deleted so take screenshots throut the ordersequence in case you stil deside to buy from VOGA. I only had the stomac for a few details for now. I'm exhausted after months of nonproductive "communicstion" with a customerservice that seems to be an early specimen of artifical intelligence. Don't go there.
Merry xmas!

Dishonest company taking advantage and twisting the law

We ordered several chairs (order #800097502) only to find out, after placing the order, that the order must be picked up in Dublin (that is not a local warehouse, as previously noted) and while the chairs were said to be 'in stock' our order stated they were being made in factory and they would only be ready in September (we ordered June 5). Now, end of September, our order info states that the order will be ready in 2 weeks--God knows what happens after that when you account for shipping. We were counting on those chairs for our new house and have been sitting on the floor. We are sorely disappointed. Their no refund policy makes no sense as, when ordering, items were listed as in stock, not as bespoke. They are twisting the law by denying refunds because they are bespoke, but listing items as 'in stock'. Stay clear and don't make the stupid mistake we made.
