I needed to prepare for the debut of an upcoming convention, which was going to involve a LOT of merch. Gia reached out to me personally to help me with my order and make sure I was getting the best deals there were. All the products came out lovely, and any issues regarding the products were properly addressed by Gia whether that was correction or compensation. My favorite out of my order were the lanyards, pixie dust stickers, opaque holographic charms, and the silver lining stickers! I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I think their biggest strengths are their customization options and excellent custom service.

Frank was awesome to work with and responded promptly whenever I had questions about my order. Great customer service and the product is beautiful!

Start to finish the process was relatively easy. The site wouldn't accept PSD uploads which made things a little difficult but they were able to work with me. Once the proof portion was done it moved along really quickly and being able to see where in the production process each item was, was really cool. Once they shipped, it arrived in a week which was also a great turn around time in my opinion. Items look even better than I anticipated!

Savi helped me very much with the order and did everything possible to have it completed and shipped in a short time. A pleasure to work with!

Vograce is the whole package! Yanni was so friendly and helped me get my stickers made and delivered very quickly. Awesome communication and support. The stickers are great quality, and the price was half of what I was expecting.

I initially had concerns regarding the quality of my images, but Yanni went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied by allowing me to update my files to a higher DPI for better resolution. Furthermore, Yanni proactively managed my delivery concerns by coordinating directly with the shipping company to provide an exact arrival date. To my great relief, the package arrived exactly on the date I was told.

I am an artist who sells my designs as merchandise using Vograce. Their products are super well made and they have a great variety! However, everytime I have placed an order on the site (whether for someone else or for myself), I risked a problem ocuring.

FIRST ORDER: Not entirely their fault. The item was lost in shipping after reaching the US. Started on June 3rd and was refunded some time after the 20th.

SECOND ORDER: I found out my item was returned to the post office due to having no apartment number. So, I went ahead and called the delivery company, and they straight up read out my apartment number?!?! I told them the apartment again and I got it three days later. While the items were still in production, they also spent about a week on ONE item out of a three item order where everything else was finished. Only got finished once I reached out to support. Started on June 26th and was received July 13th.

THIRD ORDER: This is the one order that was fine. Started July 3rd was was received on July 13th.

FOURTH ORDER: I noticed that no progress was being made for over a week (on ONE item), so I sent an email for help. Turns out, they couldn't use my design and never told me. I was very frustrated by the fact they never told me my order wasn't possible with the current blueprint. Started on July 4th, should be recieved in the next week.

Unfortunately, as much as I would like to try other manufacturers, I haven't heard very good things about Wooacry's item quality and other merchandise manufacturers don't have many reviews. Sticking with Vograce is the best I've got.

ALSO!!! DON'T USE THEIR ON-SITE CHAT SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE AN ANSWER IN A TIMELY MANNER. Either contact them via their social media or their email.

My keychains arrived without issue, but what I’d like to focus on is the amazing service from my representative- Matilde. She has been extremely helpful in making sure my keychains turn out exactly how envision them. I couldn’t be happier with the results~! I will definitely be using their services again~! Thank you!!!!

The order and product services of Selena were very helpful when the order I orginal was getting was not working. But good thing there was a proofreader and a double check, plus Selena was really friendly and understanding. She helped when I explained the situation of what I order of the bookmarks.
