Name on internet is vogue living ,I ordered high waste tummy control underwear paid £16.98 via PayPal on 6/11/2024,when they arrived they were wrong size,I need to return them but the package has no invoice or any advice how to return.
I have tried to send several emails but all I get is- not delivered.

Nothing like the photo. My husband ordered a top I liked for my birthday. It is advertised as cashmere. That is completely false! It is a very cheap, synthetic material, and the pattern is photographed onto the material. An unfortunate waste of money. The only place I would wear it is to clean the house. I think putting Toronto in the title is very misleading, because this was tracked from China.

I brought online with Vogue-Straya more fool me! Address online is out of Brisbane!
Brought a dress and quality was cheap and nasty!
I requested a return as per their return policy which is contact them to request they supply return shipping label etc.. for full refund..
they have refused to pay for shipping which I the customer have to pay $20aud to send back to china.. the dress is worth about $5!
Have been talking to a BOT response for days!!

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a sweatshirt from the UK vogue online shop on the 9th November. About a week later no dispatch so contacted them & received reply stating it would be dispatched within 4-6 days. Still no dispatch. Contacted them again 4 days ago and still no reply. They have taken my money from by back account on the 11th November. Not only do I not have my item but they have my money. I work for the NHS and I can’t afford to loose this kind of money. Please avoid this company. Will never ever buy from them again. They need to be reported watchdog / the one show.

Missing order and no response from customer services

Ordered the Xmas calendar on the 9th November and received no updates and has not arrived despite saying postage is 2-4 days after order. Have emailed twice and no response.

I thought with the brand being Vogue, it would be safe however, is the opposite. Do not order through this website. There is no customer service!

Customer service response was very slow; concerned about my order taking so long to get here; tracked it and found it in BC instead of AB. Eventually got here 3 weeks after ordering. Picture of product is very deceiving - does not look like the picture on website. Will not order from here again.

Stay away from this website Vogue-Dublin scammer. I didn't get what I was looking for a proper leather orthopedic trainer (and the offer was half price )but ended up with plastic trainers. Please guys don't waste your money. This trainer are fit for the bin, Can't get my refund back. Customer service is rude and not professional. But she/he will stop responding to you.

i have been a keen reader of VOGUE for a number of
years i am very interested in the photography since
the change of Editor this year it has improved however
the November issue shows a well known actress in
a very unusual pose having lost a great deal of weight
this is not a good message to young women, the
photo looks almost like a statue and not a living
woman, in this instance please VOGUE pull your
socks up and take care with your cover!

I was extremely disappointed that the product that I purchased was from overseas, being a little naive I thought that this product was from Australia being vogue Melbourne, will do a lot more investigation before I order online again

I will no longer purchase Vogue magazine. My reason for that, Kamala Harris.

This month bought my niece a year subscription. Couldn't log in. Doesn't 2 days getting through to someone on the phone, when we got someone they kept asking for the same information over and over. The refund page didn't recognise the subscription email and after phoning a second time they didn't even have it details on the system. They go through everything to not pay you anything back. Currently using PayPal to try and get a refund.

I bought a Vogue sweatshirt for £130 - even after the first wash the sweater was covered in a white powdery residue . The material is cheap, thin and very poor quality. A complete rip off.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! I purchased a sweatshirt online on the 31st March and I still do not have my item. I chased my order on the 5th April and only got a response on the 12th April. The email stated my item would be with me imminently! As of yet still no sweatshirt and £129 out of pocket. The service from the company is dire along with the communication. I would recommend not buying anything from them. I bet they are rolling in the money that they have yet to refund customers - scammers!!

I was so excited about the Vogue advent calendar so was particularly disappointed when the bottle of body oil leaked all over the interior of the box during shipping creating a mass of black goo and damaged products. I was told a new calendar would be shipped out the next day, BACK IN DECEMBER. On this date of February 25th, they have yet to respond from that last email confirming my address and there is no other means of communication. This was an almost 500 dollar purchase that I can promise, I won’t make again next year. I am now out the money and have lost any respect for the company. Lesson learned.

Top arrived damaged. Contacted Vogue for refund. Appalling, am now going to have to contact credit card company to refund as Vogue are not responding. Incredibly frustrating.
