I orders some clothes, tools 2-3 weeks to be nothing arrived yet,all it shows its been delivered yesterday. This is a scam i emailed them and no one responded.

You are a lousy opinionated bunch of idiots. You judge a First Lady by whatever ugly standard you have! Your magazine is an outdated subpar look at fashion today. You should probably look in a mirror 🪞

Positives: The women's tops are vibrant colours, cool comfortable material. My tops arrived in Australia after 17 days. They are true to size.
Negatives:
The inside is whitish (print only on the outside) so the neckline shows the white inside. Slightly tight sleeve stitching which is visible.
Because the tracking doesn't work well I thought maybe it was a scam site but it wasn't.

Actually 0 stars - order took forever to arrive and somehow ended up being doubled up so I got 2 pairs of awful shoes, nothing like advertised, cheap uncomfortable rubbish and now I have to pay for them to be returned to China. I knew perfectly well it was a mistake, yet another promise that was bound to be a scam. More fool me!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 DAMN STARS THEN I WOULD. I ORDER IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER AND PAID FOR EXPEDIATED SHIPPING. (7-10) WHEN I SENT A MESSAGE TO THEM THEY SAID YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP OUT ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER. NOW THAT WOULD BE EXACLTY 21 DAYS FROM THE TIME THAT I ORDER IT. I REQUESTED FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELED AND TO JUST RETURN MY MONEY, AND REPORTED THEM TO PAYPAL. A COUPLE DAYS LATER THEY SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER. NOW MIND YOU THEY SAID THAT THEY WASNT GOING TO SHIP OUT UNITL THE 27TH. AND AT THAT TIME I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDNT CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP. THIS WAS DECEMBER 12TH. THE EVENT THAT I WAS ATTENDING WITH MY HUSBAND (WHICH IT WAS AN OUTFIT FOR HIM) TOOK PLACE ON THE 18TH OF DECEMBER. SO TODAY 12/21/21 I CHECK THE ORDER AND IT LOOKS THEY SENT OUT A TOTAL DIFFERENT OUTFIT THAT COST LESS AND IS 3 SIZES TO BIG FOR HIM. I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH MY EXPERINCE. AND I TRULY HOPE PEOPLE DO THEIR RESEARCH BEFORE THEY BUY FROM HERE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE.

I ordered a hoodie on October 3rd. It is now November 28th. Hoodie is not here, as of yet! Very poor shipping. Very poor costumer service. Will not order from Vogoisus and would not recommend anyone else to order from them.

This company is a scam they refuse to send goods i have paid for and keep giving me the run around to avoid refunding my money.I have proof they sent nothing.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Terrible service!!!! My order - part of it - arrived after months! The other part of my order has yet to arrive - I was asked to make a substitution, which I did, and they have still not responded. Do NOT order from them - terrible!!!! Id retract this if I could get my order!

Do not buy. Style of items are nothing like pictures. Quality of items is ridiculously poor. Sizes are completely wrong. An XXL that wouldn't fit a 5 year old. Returns are basically fraudulent and not honored. Yet another shady Chinese scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

BEWARE I paid for a product November 5 2020 and I have not received it as of 3/20/21. They have given me excuses, run around and now I am award of all of the similar complaints. To top it all off, they have my credit card info. I filed a complaint with the FTC today. I can prove everything I have posted

Over a month for delivery. When it arrived it was flimsy, badly sewn and the wrong size. By the latter I mean that we ordered according to the website size chart and what arrived was significantly smaller. The company offered a risible refund and insisted that we would only get that if we paid the return postage to China!! We thought we were ordering from Poland (the company address on the website). Paypal were hopeless in supporting our claim, declaring that there was no "difference" to what we had ordered despite it being much smaller than the stated size. (See Update below). This company used the "return costs to China" argument to try and force us to give up the claim. We achieved nothing. We are left with a useless, badly made garment that cost nearly £50. In my opinion this company should be avoided at all costs.
Update: Finally, PayPal came through for us. They did close the case but we complained through the customer service section and a real person engaged us and looked again. This morning we received a full refund. Gold stars to Paypal - restored our faith in them. Vogueisus remains a company that we would certainly not recommend.

I would give 0 stars out of 5 but apparently 1 is the lowest. I ordered an item in November and paid for expedited shipping. I emailed the customer service address provided in my order confirmation after several weeks passed and I had not received item. I emailed two additional times in a 70 day period and still got no response. I submitted a PayPal dispute and then finally got an automated response via PayPal which basically said "Contact post office after 25 days... Please close PayPal dispute". I spent 3 hours on phone with USPS and at local post office. They said item had incomplete shipping address and was returned to seller. I've had same address for 8 years and PayPal transaction shows correct address. It's mid-February now and they are still trying to avoid paying refund.

advertising for Vogueisus clothing is a scam. The clothes sent do not correspond to what the website offers. WARNING!

I was a little concerned reading some reviews but decided to chance it.I ordered some stripe sweaters on Dec 31 and they arrived on Jan 9th, earlier than I anticipated. They are perfect! Fortunately I read the reviews first so knew to order a Large even though I usually buy a 10/12. Really pleased with this purchase.
The clothes are so stylish. The Large size was a true Large. Nice sleeve length too. Only problem is the button holes are too small for the buttons....it came buttoned so I had to wear it as a pull over so far!....
Quality was okay, what you would expect for cheap price.

The jumper I order looked great in the picture and I bought on impluse. When the garment arrived it wasn't like the picture and very badly made. When I tried to return the item I was told I had to return it to China, even though Vogueisus says its based in Poland. I have just spent £27 on courier fees to send the item back to China. I hope that Paypal will support the offer to return my purchase price.
Don't use Vogueisus. It's a sham company for a chinese based business.

I ordered what looked like a very nice jacket and received an awful bad quality jacket that didn't even look like what I ordered. Definitely stay away from this company. I asked for a refund yesterday and have not had a reply.

It took a long time to arrive, and response from customer services was a little slow. Placed order end of November which arrived few days before Christmas. The boots bought are nice, cheap but they smell of glue/synthetic materials.
So sincerely, if you are not in hurry, you can order in this company, relax and no stress.

Ordered on 12/5 now a month later and still no merchandise. Customer Service does not respond to any inquiries.

Very Sketchy. My husband ordered an item, but when he received his tracking number, the email itself triggered the spam filter on his computer. Any attempt to contact their customer service triggered more spam filter warnings. Long story short, he ended up disputing the charge with our credit card company... the charge was removed... but then 6 or so weeks later the item randomly arrived and the charge went back on our card. Luckily, the item was satisfactory... but we think the only reason we received anything was the credit card dispute. We won't be ordering from them again.

Pure crap over two months delivery and nothing like picture cheap at a dear price don’t bother should be struck off the internet
