Stay away it's a scam. Reporting them to the Trade Commission and so should everyone else. Let's get them shut down. Find a form on Citizens Advice. It takes 5 minutes.

Never received a shipping update & when I inquired about my order, I was told I ordered during their lunar holiday. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend as now I have learned their items are NOT authentic either. That would explain the long time for shipping...the items are coming from China.

Just placed an order, all seemed a bit amateurish, other than it took my payment ok!!.
Did not get confirmation email, no way to track order.
Having just looked at Truspilot doesnt look encouraging and all very dodgy.

I got the same experience... As many of you... Wow I was busy didn't got time to do this... Working working and today morning I've been trying to contact them .. I've ordered my shoes in 24 Oct and still it's processing... Yeah they cheating everybody.. I have proves to be honest...

Stay away from this scam of a company selling fakes but my item did not fit at 1st offered 15% refund declined the most they offered was 30% refund and to shop with them again! Absolutely disgrace of a company luckily paid via PayPal got full refund back in 6 hours. Do not use unless you aware fakes but you run the risk of item not fitting.

Voguelavish.com.. be very cautious about buying from this company.. im currently battling with them about a return/refund situation .. i ordered a pair of air Jordan 4's in a 4.5 but unfortunately they were too small..
I ordered a 5.5 and they fit so im keeping those.. but unfortunately voguelavish will not accept the return and refund.. offering me 15per cent refund... also had the audacity to advise me to be charitable and give them to a friend or relative or a charity... they told me that it would be too costly for me to send back! €40-€50 dollars.. its actually only £30 with track and trace (company trusted..).. they said i ordered that and received that..so no return/refund issued... we are talking about over a hundred pounds.. not a few tenners... so be very cautious about buying from voguelavish..com..
Also i recieved goods and application for refund was made a day later... they only got one star from me because I couldn't give them zero stars
PS... They do not have a complaints procedure... so if you are in uk don't bother as its an American company and American standards

Look. At the end of the day the trainers I bought I bought off this site were obviously gonna be fake. To buy the original, brand new ones would be literally thousands of pounds. I was a bit tipsy and saw my dream trainers for sale for £112. On eBay, 2nd hand fakes are £200+. I bought them and just kept my fingers crossed. They turned up today and I'm more than happy with them. They were probably made next door to the factory that makes the real ones, by the same people with less quality materials. Like I said, they obviously not gonna be real at that price. They are gonna be great for about 2 months 😂

Avoid! I wouldn’t give 1 star to this company. They are fake. I ordered a pair of trainers and realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong trainers so I requested a cancellation and refund. I received No cancellation or refund proof and they just kept telling me the cancellation was processing. Then they told me to check with PayPal and my bank. There was no refund pending on Pay Pal whatsoever. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I reported it and opened a dispute. I got my money back straight away. Look up their address on google maps ( what a shock). Also the phone numbers they display for contact on their website do not exist. Try ringing them. These people need their website removed permanently so they cannot scam innocent shoppers. I have reported this website as I honestly think these people are scammers.

This company is running a scam. Do not believe the positive 5* reviews, they are either oblivious or created by the company to offset the multiple bad reviews. The shoes they are selling on this website are FAKE. The ‘nike’ Jordan trainers i bought are not the same as the several genuine pairs i have already in different colours. despite being ordered in the same size i already have, the quality is different, the material is stiff and uncomfortable and the shoes are smaller than the size of the genuine Jordans i already own. The address on the website takes you to a random building in ‘Finchley’ on the outskirts of London. The mobile number on the website for customer service does not work. There was no tracking on the parcel and it took over 10 days to arrive. When i emailed to arrange a return and refund i got no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I bought Nike alphafly running shoes £118:00 when I received them they where fake and very noticeable counterfeit goods this company are falsely advertising goods as the real thing but they are totally fake . I had went through pay pal luckily to get these goods . This company had tried to offer me 40percent back of a refund and to keep shoes which I refused as I told them I don’t want fake running shoes I want a full refund so they sent me a incomplete address and it cost me 28 pounds to send these fake goods to a false address in VN the shoes where then returned to me so I have had to get pay pal to fight this dispute . Luckily pay pal have refunded me after nearly two months of trying to get my money back so please please if you see this company DO NOT TOUCH they are scam.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Product was delivered 14 days after ordering. Came from china. Trying to return is impossible, company gave a wrong address so post office couldn’t take it. After loads of emails still no return address given. Do not buy from these people. Have returned to address I found on website. We will see if I get a refund.

Trainers looked fake and didn't fit. When we requested a refund this was basically refused saying that it would cost us $60 dollars to send them back. Disgusting service.

Disgusting service, took forever to arrive and when they did were too small, they offered me 20% refund and that is it, avoid this company like the plague!

Shoes sent were fake, so asked for a refund and after having to do a PayPal dispute they finally accepted the return, but had to send it to Vietnam which cost £30. Terrible seller, please don’t buy from them.

Do NOT buy from this company. I don't even want to give one star. They arrived, eventually, . They were too small so I emailed to return them. They wanted numerous photos sent and then offered me a 20% refund. I paid £115, so that was £23. After a few emails back and forth, they then offered me 30%. They said I could gift them to a friend!
