I joined VoguePay affiliate program late last year, and as I developer, I integrated VoguePay payment solution to some of my clients website. This year, I noticed that I had been getting commission. I decided to allow it to accumulate to a reasonable amount.

Last Friday, I initiated withdrawal and I got it today. Thanks guys...

I used Voguepay to deposit funds into investment plan, but now I have had two attempts at unauthorized withdrawals. Fortunately my bank cancelled my card, but I would still like to know who has attempted to do this. I have emailed Voguepay twice but they haven't responded. They are nothing like Paypal who have excellent customer service and respond quickly. I would not recommend using VoguePay and if I don't get any response shortly I will be posting a warning on my social media accounts

My credit card was copied and illegal spending was $ 150. I had no idea who spent what he did, what he was buying. the only thing I know is that it was from a company called Veguepay. When I was thinking about how to get my money, I had to write an email to this company. but when I look at the page, it's somewhere on the other side of the world. They made me come back with the first message. despite my bad English, they answered the first message I sent.

Even though I was desperate to get my money for a while, they were always in contact with me to help. They were kind and polite when you were writing.

They contacted the seller as soon as possible and canceled the shopping.

They saved me from losing 150 Usd to the crooks. I owe them a thank you. I'm happy to know that you have such beautiful people.

Hi,i had a problem to verify phone.I sent an e-mail and my problem was solved quickly.Wallet work perfect for my necessity.

can't even give one star. First payment is always successful with your new card , but after your card is blocked and added as FRAUD, I tried all my 8 EU and Uk bank cards. Banks sending 3D codes, but after entering code nothing happens, payments are not accepted, as people before mensoned same issue FC 00S5 (means fraud) no explanation . I contacted voguepay support both via skype and via e-mail, there are no answers, just at the beginning kind respond but after ignorance , no explanations are given, after 8 days of writing e mails ,even my e mail was blocked, I picked voguepay as extra Paying platform for African customers, so before I tested the service, and it seams just scam , I do not bear anything similar before.

Voguepay has been very simple to navigate so far. Not had any problems yet with any transaction and I definitely recommend them. I would give them 5 stars but sometimes customer service is not quick to respond . but overall it is a good company and i like them

Bad bad costumer service

I asked about some errors. And they don't know what it is.. I tried several times but cannot get it to work with either payment or add funds

error FC00S5 and error EC0031

Answer : I have 3D secure. And as I said several times...

Same as I get "transaction not recognised" I can't get an answer why. Dispice I have asked in chat many times

Answer 2 : my card DO have 3D Secure. And I get the pop up followed by sms with a code. When I put in the code for 3D Secure payment. The message "transaction not recognized" appears

Answer 3: I have tried your chat system for 2 days and about 40 messages with screenshot. And no-one can help me. That's why I did make this post.. I have send you a email with screenshots

Took part in a competition that VoguePay held and it was conducted very well. It was extremely easy to get in contact with them and they replied to my questions immediately! Great company and very appreciative of them!

Awesome Customer Service and their fast payment portal.
This is my first time that I am using Voguepay before that I used 2checkout and Paypal but I hope for best. Voguepay have one of the best payment portal aa compare to others.

Bad service bad customer care.. I have pending six days withdrawal it 6 days now I withdrew noow I have not seen my paid customer care ask me my verification

when you ask to transfer for ewallet to ewallet it take too much time, and big commission, they are not good at allllll

I had a problem with a merchant not delivering paid services and Voguepay immediately responded and had my money refunded back to me within a few days. They provide excellent customer service.
