I purchased a bear shirt coat on 09/17/2023. Received the item on 09/30/2023. Item was to small. Emailed the customer service email on 09/30/2023 to request an exchange. It states on there website this is allowable. As of today 10/04/2023 have not received a response. I had sent a follow-up email as of 10/03/2023 and I'm losing patients so now have requested a full refund as of today 10/04/2023.

Great clothes and customer service.
Purchased some clothes (Lunar and Solid Embossed shirts) from the site and received what I ordered however they didnt fit as I would like. Customer service got back to me quickly and fixed the problem. I just got my new clothes and love the quality and fit. I will purchase from this site again. Probably today.

I ordered men's underwear from this website and after about a month I received underwear that is the wrong size, wrong design, wrong brand, and low quality and also shipped from China, not the USA as it was advertised. Now I am fighting to get a refund and so far I have not been able to do that. I would stay away from Voguishli
