Voice quality was consistently choppy and every anime girl model seemed to simply be a pitch adjuster.
The company gives you credits to"TRAIN" Voice models which in reality is just buying the model, you are in no way training a voice model when you click that button.

Many Youtubers have advertised this app as "free" and "best", when in reality it's the complete opposite. It's the worst service that's ever walked this earth. The app is bad for many reasons such as, the poor quality of voices, the massive paywall, the horrible customer service, the tedious process canceling of subscriptions, lack of communications from the company, and apparently even having malware.
The app is horrible, the voices are robotic, stuttering like, hardware intensive, and are extremely annoying. The amount of apps that the voice changer can work on is very limited, so it doesn't support a lot of games that you might want to try. 5 dollars a month for something that can barely work is a lot to ask for.
Most of the voices are behind a paywall, and even if you do pay for them, they still suck. The cackling and stuttering still continues as usual. This just makes things more frustrating, because you feel like you paid for the same quality as their free voices. Because you have.
Once you've paid it's not possible to cancel your subscription if you don't use a specific cc (credit card ) company or paypal that they have listed. Unless you take out all the money in your account, and maybe if you contact your bank. So they drain money out of your account indefinitely. Even if you do use PayPal or the specific cc company, you usually need to communicate directly to the them (and not voice.ai) about your subscription and canceling it.
Many people have asked about canceling, and have provided the same reasons I have, but were only redirected to an article about have to cancel it on Paypal or the specific cc company. Which what I just stated was annoying. I don't even know how this stuff is legal because they scam you for your money, and it's honestly super disrespectful.
They most likely crypto mines your computer aswell, the application has many processes happening at once. This pisses me off, I think at some point I will sue when I get the chance.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

The program is mediocre at best, a few voices are ok, and cancelling a subscription is super difficult and getting a refund, even following their own policies is impossible

Voice.ai is a virus and has all the characteristics of one. First it offers false promises by being a free voice changer. You get one or two free options, but everything else is set to a ridiculous price. When you try to uninstall it, well, good luck with that. The files don't all download in one place, so you'll have to go on a wild goose chase to find everything and delete it. Once you've done that, do you think you're done? Of course not! Bits and traces of it will stay on your computer forever, and the only way to hide it(not delete it, only hide it) is to disable the input device in your sound settings. Don't download voice.ai, it's a waste of storage.

I started the free trial and honestly, only one of the "ultra fast" voices even work. Even that I got to a point where I can use it for the purpose I wanted but it was not a fun experience trying to configurate this app (they said its very easy) I still don't recommend this. Also when I joined their discord I discovered that when you want to cancel your subscription it leads you to some suspicious site that I've never seen before. Do not buy pro version, and better don't even install this. This is trash, but I someow managed to use it, so I give 2 stars.

This Software Sucks
First, you cant know the price unless you actually download the software.
Then, if you do subscribe, they don't even give you the receipt so you can't cancel it on your Voice Ai account.
Indeed, they use a payment company called Xsolla but you need to create an account first so they send you the receipt.
I'll make you a tutorial if you want
Last but not least, the voices are atrocious, it's full of bugs.
Don't install it fr

I decided to do a free trial so I could joke around with my friends in a voice chat. Before the next payment came around I decided that I wanted to cancel because the software was honestly just buggy and the voices were robotic and unrealistic. However upon trying to cancel there website says that you must go through another website Xsolla and cancel through them using my account details. But one big issue with this is that when signing up for voice.ai you don't make a Xsolla account, you just tell voice.ai your card info, so then for you it is literally impossible to cancel. I have emptied all the money from that account so they don't take my money until they fix my issue.

I wanted an AI voice clone service and found Voice.ai. The $4.00 monthly subscription seemed low-risk enough that I signed up with my credit card in October 2024.
The service itself was nothing special. The website is confusing and I never got anything useful done with it. I was fine paying $4.00 to check it out, though – that’s a very reasonable price.
But when I tried to cancel I discovered the real problems.
I could not find a "unsubscribe" or "cancel subscription" button in the Account section. Once I gave them my credit card number, I could find no way to remove it.
Voice.ai directs you to their payment processor, Xsolla, with a multi-step cancellation process that requires a Transaction ID which Voice.ai says is needed, but didn’t provide to me.
In fact, they never sent any sort of payment confirmation email or message, which makes it very hard to get help about the subscription, because there is no record of it other than the recurring credit card charges themselves.
I created an Xsolla account to follow the Voice.ai instructions. Two different Xsolla support reps told me they couldn't find any Voice.ai transactions in my account, so they couldn't help.
They said to contact Voice.ai. I wrote to Voice.ai support twice about the cancellation problems but never received a response.
Voice.ai charged my card again the next month. I disputed the charge and got the money back, but they just charged me again the following month.
I spent about two hours with my credit card company trying to block Voice.ai from future charges. After being transferred between two chatbots and five account specialists, I learned they can't block a specific merchant from making future charges. They said the only solution was to change my credit card number.
Voice.ai says they offer PayPal as a payment option, and I didn't know about that option when I signed up. I can't speak to whether it's easier to cancel that way.
Total time spent to unsubscribe was about five hours. There's no excuse for this. To unsubscribe with most companies takes one minute or less.
What started as a $4.00 subscription ended with me having to get a new credit card number. Draw your own conclusions.

This company does not deliver what it advertises. At what point does a company tip over the edge and become known as fraudulent or a phishing firm? Advertising products and services that are not delivered seems to me to be pretty close to that.

They are SCAM. They email me that they have cancelled my subscribtion, which is impossible by myself, even refund the last charge, but guess what, after one month, they charged me again. They are
fraudulent company

They advertise themselves a free app, but you can change just 15 seconds of audio. Just tell that you are a paid app and it is ok. I understand that you have costs. But do not make fake advertisment.
Waste of time.

i didnt use the app after the first day because it made it wasnt for me but for a few days my pc was running slow and i found out it was because the app was using 90% of my cpu (my cpu is a AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS btw).

This is a scam, there's this lengthy process to try and cancel a subscription, and nothing works as soon as you pay. DONT BUY

Reply from voice.ai
This company hides that you have a subscription, makes it seemingly impossible to manage the sub or cancel, and banks on you paying them forever.
