The voice was about 95% correct. With more choice for languages,we can build our animations & kids education across the globe.

I've worked across several TTS platforms to date and find Voicemaker the most versatile for a number of reasons.
1. API requests are utilised via a Pay As You Go model meaning characters are not reset at the end of the month which is incredibly important to a startup. I can simply top up my characters when I run low.
2. Choice of voices including Professional Clones on request - They have added several pro voices across the platform with ability manipulate stability, similarity etc. But offering a clone of a voice using several hours of audio is fantastic. I know others do this, but the support received in setting this up with their team was invaluable! I even received support from some of the founding team on how best to test
3. Platform Intuition - A great feature (which I hope will soon be added to cloned voices) is interpretation of text pronunciation. For example, if you enter text as Aug. 5, it will pronounce it as August 5th, greatly reducing the margin for error with inputs. I know this is available across almost all the standard neural voices already.
4. Product Roadmap - The team at Voicemaker are constantly innovating and making strides in developing their offering. Apart from a significant increases in Pro voices, languages etc, what I love is that you can reach out to them and discuss your needs and they will do what they can to help you. I've been granted access to features that have not yet been part of a general release.
5. Most of our content is generated via API and their pricing model means they are also cheaper overall than any of the other platforms for us. Even with the new pro voices being charged at 10x characters, because they are pay as you go, we're not locked into a monthly spend that resets. Other platforms are now beginning to realise this is an issue for startups and following Voicemaker's lead by allowing unused characters to be carried over to the next month. But many still reset to zero.
My team and I have worked with Voicemaker for 18 months, and it will continue to feature significantly as a core service provider for us going forward as we prepare to launch our product.

We have been using it from past 3 months for some content audio conversion and it has been very helpful with the voices. Also the Product Manager is very prompt to resolve queries and technical support is good. All the best team Voicemaker keep up the good work :)

We have been working with voicemaker for a couple years now and are completely satisfied with the quality of the service and the personalized support. We have NEVER had an issue with this product and the speed and quality of the voices is always increasing. We do a lot of volume and we highly recommend them as a provider of high performance text to speech.

I've been using it from time to time for 2 years for long articles.
It is not expensive and the voices are acceptable but not best available.
I would like to continue but they have way too many useless voices making acceptable ones difficult to find. I've asked them to keep only the usable ones but with no response.
Also the pronunciation of certain common words is not right.
The sound quality after downloading even the highest quality audio is not good too.
For the price, however, it is probably still the best option I could find.
I would use it more often if they decide to remove rubbish voices and make other corrections.

The low yearly rate can Not be beat. Of course you must use the buttons to twerk pitch, volume, speed, emphasis, etc. But overall it is a great value to add a voice to videos.

Great product, however the Australian voices only have 2 good options. May consider more use if a few more could be included.

Simply the best synthetic speech currently available. Nothing compares.
