Voicenotes is one of those services that has become indispensable in my life—I can hardly imagine how I managed without it. Their support is exceptional, always ready to assist in those rare moments when help is needed. I can always count on them for an instant response and a solution that goes above and beyond expectations. I truly appreciate their dedication and the effort they put into ensuring a seamless experience.

This is an unbelievable app. I don't know how anyone could live without it. It organizes your notes automatically. you can do an AI query of your notes and you get a logical answer. it works in a noisy room too

Voicenotes is a great service with a motivated developer team. I love the project. With any problems you van contact the support.

The service is still in development and every month they're coming more great features.

Friendly, responsive and personable. It's so much more worthwhile to engage with the support team for an app or service that responds quickly and professionally. And listens well. Obviously the bigger a business gets, the harder it is to offer that personal touch. I hope that the Voicenotes team never loses it.

This is one of my favorite apps. I use it every day to record myself when I want to express some thoughts. When I am angry, frustrated or happy or when I want to brainstorm things or when I want to summarize some thoughts or just record things that happens. Expressing ourselves is a super power and helps us move forward, sharpen our brain, connect the dots and unlock us and this app help us do that. 👏

There was a lifetime deal when they were all new, for just about 50 bucks. I did not take it at the time because I did not have that many use cases, but friends of mine did after I recommended the app.

And they now got an email saying that the lifetime deal was cancelled because, well, its too cheap basically. I get that.
But what they did was not get rid of the lifetime plan for future clients, but downgrade the lifetime plan buyers to nonsubscribers - meaning you get a minute of recording at a time.

Now, bear with me, please.
As of now, the monthly subscription is still around 10 bucks and there is a new yearly one for 50.
Fair enough.
But did they convert the lifetime plan people to a yearly subcription? Or said "What you already paid now is worth a year of use, so please feel free to use up that time and then decide"? No, they just downgraded them. And those who paid in October now got roughly 1,5 to 2 months, so a monthly fee between 25 and 34 $

That is seriously non okay, and I am absolutely livid at having friends call me to rightfully complain about what I obviously never should have recommended.

A lifetime deal is a lifetime deal.
Nobody is ever going to trust a company who acts like that towards their early supporters.
