Great complimentary service
I had a great complimentary service from VOI, i ordered a large shorts and hoodie and they packaged a complimentary White T-Shirt with it and they got my size right! I have a bought a few garments from them, i started off with their cargo pants and went back to them again for some summer clothes. Overall a great clothing brand and a great complimentary service.

Terrible customer service and terrible quality.
The tracksuits are not very good quality compared to other cheap brands, I did message about a t shirt missing from the order and one of the tracksuits looking worn as it had stains on it and no labels, I sent the pictures they required however it takes them weeks to reply to a message, I have been waiting 8 days for a reply after I sent the pictures but still nothing, now I will have to contact my bank about getting the money back for the missing item.
