Terrible ongoing service. Very difficult to resolve disputes and technical issues. On May 20, 2024 they charged our business credit card for $185 x 2. Both of which are invalid and unauthorized charges. AVOID AVOID AVOID They offered to give me additional 6 months. Clearly this was an intentional billing charge, trying to gain a renewal on 2 lines, 18 months before they were due for renewal.

VOIPO has been my go-to for phone services, and for good reason. Their call quality is fantastic, setup is easy, and customer service is always available to help.

Tech Support, Customer Service has deteriorated from when I first became a customer, years ago. It may be hit and miss depending on who you get on the phone. This time the rep. Was rude and sarcastic; not patient and understanding of a customer having frustrations when calling in (because they did not respond to 'ticket' and e-mail, due to Voip not working, or not working properly).
I will try to call again, later or tomorrow, in hopes of getting a better Customer Service rep. Thank you.
